U Cervene Zidle - Red Chair Hotel

The rooms are fine for the price, convenient location close to the Charles bridge, but very noisy. Loud music in the courtyard in the afternoon and late evening. The windows are not soundproof. Breakfast is just ok.

Bad hotel management, does not know how to do booking. I did the booming 2 weeks in advance. They tricked me to cancel my booking in *********** to avoid bad review because of their absolute incompetence. They moved us to the hotel and informed us you go there and we don't have business with you anymore.

Hotel poco affidabile, scarsa serietà, pessimo servizio. Non prenotate questo hotel, se il volo per caso dovesse arrivare in ritardo o dopo le 23 non è garantito l'ingresso in camera, abbiamo dovuto disdire a due giorni della partenza, poiché sono stati indisponibili e poco flessibili sulla garanzia di entrare in hotel, il nostro volo arrivava alle 22 e abbiamo comunicato che saremmo arrivati intorno alle 23 con il taxi, ovviamente salvo imprevisti e mi hanno risposto di cambiare volo e hotel poiché se per caso fossimo arrivati alle 23 e 10 il check in non potevamo in nessun modo farlo, ma ci avrebbero fatto entrare solo l'indomani mattina alle 9, pertanto con il rischio di rimanere fuori abbiamo dovuto cancellare la prenotazione tramite Booking e loro si sono rivenduti la camera al doppio del prezzo subito dopo la cancellazione sarà stata una coincidenza?!
