При бронировании на сайте trip.com вам необходимо связаться с отелем через веб-сайт для регистрации заезда. Отель не будет автоматически отправлять электронное письмо о регистрации заезда на ваш почтовый ящик.

Хорошие апартаменты в удобном месте. Очень просторный номер с удобствами, включая мини-кухню, отличными для кратковременного пребывания.
Процедура регистрации была очень сложной. И в инструкциях, представленных в электронном подтверждении бронирования, не указано, что вам необходимо пройти регистрацию заезда до прибытия. По прибытии в отель не удалось зарегистрироваться, поскольку она не была завершена. Никто не отвечает на телефонный номер коммутационного щита после 17:00, и линия автоматически отключится после пары минут ожидания.
Кроме того, при выезде удалось оставить багаж в одном из других объектов размещения. Когда мы приехали, администратор сказал, что они не могут оставить наш багаж на хранение. Я сказал ей, что у нас есть электронное письмо, подтверждающее, что мы можем. Тогда она ответила: «Если можешь, то почему спрашиваешь?». Очень грубое и недружелюбное обслуживание.
Отличное размещение, но не вернусь из-за обслуживания.

Отель находится в хорошем месте, номер большой. Но там нет стойки регистрации, вам придется пойти в другой отель, чтобы зарегистрироваться, а если вам нужно оставить свои сумки после отъезда, вам также придется пойти в другой отель, который находится примерно в 9 минутах ходьбы.

We love this place. Contactless check in was a breeze and the security at the lobby was very helpful and friendly. Location is great too! Would def recommend this place!

negative comments about this apartment:
1. We stayed there for 2 nights and then we went to another countries for 6 days, leaving the luggage at the free luggage store room at the ground floor of the apartment. However, when we returned back to our home country, we found that the key of our luggage was damaged. Anyone can open the luggage without knowing the passcode as someone has used the screw to take the key away from the lock. We emailed to the reception and no response so far. luckily that we only have dirty clothes in the luggage and nothing really expensive. there is people who supposed to take care of the luggage.
2. t's actually very difficult to communicate with this apartment. the check-in process is not smooth. you need to check in by yourself before the arrival date. However, we are not sure how to check in and where to check in. So, we called the hotline. The hotline will only send to the check in link to the telephone number you used to call them. Since I were calling from an internet call, I can't receive the link from this internet call number. I have to use my mobile phone to call them and then they will only send the link to the mobile phone number I used. then, I called few times but link was cut at the end. No one pick up the phone. then, you need to call it few times. when you called, they asked you to send them an email to the support email and get the check in link... it's a mess for a traveller.
3. when i checked in, I'm unable to activate the mobile key. I emailed the support email but no one response at all...
the only good thing about this apartment is the location, which is very close to the centre of shops. however, it's 15-18 mins walk to Charles Bridge.
for sure that I will look for other options when I go to Prague next time.

We as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. You will need to pay extra for daily clean, or if you stay more than 5 days, you can get free cleaning. It has 2 small lifts, which is necessary and convenient.
***Pack your own hair conditioner, as it is not provided.

Location is definitely fantastic, but everything else is an absolute miss. Overall, I would NOT recommend.
1) No AC unlike a hotel. There were 3 days with extreme heat and I was given a fan. You will sweat when you sleep.
2) SUPER NOISY. Even till 3,4am. You can’t sleep at all.
3) No room cleaning service even though my stay was 6 nights - they are supposed to clean the room once every 5 nights.
4) Trash cleaning not done on some days.
5) no humans - can’t find help if you need.
6) check in details only available a night before. If you are flying in super late and check in late, good luck with that + no humans to help you if you need any.
7) area is full of people lurking around, not safe for ladies.
8) will never stay here again.

Schöne, saubere große Zimmer. Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz wie es bei der Buchung angegeben ist,somit mussten wir wo anders in einer Tiefgarage parken die ganz in der Nähe ist. Rezeption war leider nicht Vorort, Check-in wurde telefonisch durchgeführt…
