As of Nov 2023, the pool is heated to a comfortable 85-90 degrees from November to March.Totally remodeled 5 bedroom/3 bathrooms, sleeps 12 in beds and 2 on a brand new queen size sofa couch. Three bedrooms are upstairs. 1 King size master on-suite, with cable TV. One bedroom with a queen-size bed with a full bathroom. Also a bedroom with 2 full-size bunk beds with gaming TV. Then downstairs, we have a bedroom with 2 queen beds and another bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full-size bathroom. The living room has a sectional sofa, with additional chairs for plenty of seating. A 60" Smart HDTV. Great location! Only 4.5 blocks from the seawall and 1 mile from the strand. Beautiful heated pool for relaxing after a day at the beach. Please understand this pool is only 5 feet deep and it is NOT for diving and is heated from November to March to about 85 degrees. There is plenty of deck space that is covered along with a ceiling fan for your comfort. A gas grill for your cooking pleasure and an outdoor table and chairs.For events, we do not allow more than 20 guests at the home, including the 14 who may stay overnight. our condo is part of a high rise( the Galvestonian) which is located on the east side of Galveston. The beach is a private beach, so it not crowded, quiet , wide and clean. The high rise is built on the sand, there are no streets to cross or cars to worry about. Our condo is a spacious three-bedroom, end unit with views of the Gulf and Bay, located on the eleventh floor. it is Facing the north, south, and west sides. You can enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of sunrise and sunset from our three balconies. You can enjoy the beach view from the two large balconies and the spacious living area, and watch trains of ships sailing from the north end. The graceful gliding pelicans are lovely to watch at sunset while having a cup of coffee or tea and sitting on the large balcony. AT 5 pm, you can watch the huge ships with large numbers of tourists leaving the States to visit other countries and different cities. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, and one has two twin beds. Additionally, we have a sofa bed in the living room that accommodates up to 2 people, allowing for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. It features a large smart TV in the living area, two smaller TVs in the bedrooms, a complete, well-equipped kitchen which has an oven, aa electric stove with four heads, a large microwave, a dishwasher with sterilizing capabilities, a garbage disposal, a garbage compactor, a coffee maker, an electric portable water heater, an electric can opener, plenty of dishes, cups, bots, and utensils.
