There is a desk in the second bedroom that can be used as well for your convenience. Bedroom 3- Two full beds with plenty of closet space, with a bathroom across the hall. Living Room & Dining: There is seating for 8 in the large living area, with a flat-screen smart TV. In addition, there is a large dining table with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 3. The Kitchen: The kitchen is full fully equipped with everything you need. There is a drip coffee maker and service for 8-10 guests. The Outdoors: There is TONS of outdoor space with a heated (by request) pool, a gas grill, outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6, wood-powered fire pit, lounge chairs, and multiple types of fruit trees including mango, avocado, banana, papaya, cherry, and kumquats! Yum! There is lots of parking at the house. The driveway has space for 2 cars, and the garage is available to be used for 1 car.
