The home is on a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac just a few feet from a LARGE park. The park has two playgrounds, basketball, handball, soccer and baseball areas. You can easily walk the 400 FEET to the park at night and watch the amazing Disneyland Fireworks Display!The home itself boasts over 1,800 square feet with 3 Disney themed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living/dining area for your family to relax in! There is a sparkling pool with chaise lounges and outside sofa so everyone can enjoy sunny Southern California! (there is a $75 (City Tax Included) charge to heat the pool. If this is done once during your stay it usually lasts a couple of days).
