Crystal Sands Beachfront Villa! Private Pool! Best Value for Families & Couples!

Perfect Location. We loved the privacy and quality of the beach. The right balance of activity and relaxation. The hosts are wonderful at communicating prior to your stay, taking all the stress out of a vacation in another country. The home is in great condition and is big enough to spread out.

We loved just being able to walk out on the beach from our rental everyday. It was convenient to purchase drinks from the local vendors everyday. The beach was beautiful. Our hosts were awesome!

Paradise! There were 8 of us celebrating a 40th birthday and this place was perfection! Being able to walk right down to the beach, having our own chairs and umbrellas, and the pool was amazing. There were many places for people to be in the shade, relax and read, or just be alone. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable; also they were very communicative. On the beach, you have a food and couple drink vendors (mocktail smoothies too) who are very friendly. We did a couple water sport activities too, that were right there. We are already planning our next stay!!!

50th Anniversary celebration family trip! The property was beautiful just in an unfortunate location. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to spend time together or alone. We had kids ages 13,14,16, &17, two senior citizens, and 4 40-somethings. The kids liked the bunk beds and a room to themselves. The beach was stunning and completely as described minus the copious amounts of trash left behind by fellow beach goers every single day. The conchy conchy bar people were rude and played loud,inappropriate rap music until all hours of the night almost every night. We never approached them about it for fear of retaliation. We also had to fight to keep people off of our beach chairs and area every day. Yes, the beach is public but we paid to use the area and chairs provided.The villa is zero frills. Basic utensils and kitchen supplies. We used a scissor to cut a pizza the night we came in because it was late. The upstairs dishwasher only worked in a rinse cycle. The sheets and towels were clean and comfortable.There wasn’t a real bug problem. No difference from other places we’ve been. The rats however were all over the place. Not indoors that we ever saw but all over the “backyard” area. We enjoyed our week but there were some serious stressors that shouldn’t happen for the amount of money paid. If we ever visit Turks again it would definitely be in a different location.

Beautiful Spot in Turks and Caicos Stayed with our family including a 3 year old. Felt very safe and the home was lovely. Right on the water. Beautiful weather. The hosts were terrific throughout the trip.

Paradise We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation.
