The Villa has the incredible advantage of being very private in one of the more quiet parts of the island, yet the extremely popular Grace Bay Beach is a short drive away. In addition, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and shops within 6 minutes of the Villa. Villa Sand and Sea is superbly located. Not only is the Villa on the canal, but it is also nearby some of the most pristine beaches in the Caribbean. You may choose to charter a picnic on a private island, or charter snorkeling, fishing, or sunset trips and more. This is one of the few villas that has both canal and beach access. The beautiful small, secluded cove with pristine white sand and calm water is just across from the famous Mangrove Cay. There are also plenty of paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and bicycles if you wish to be a bit more active.
