Antica Masseria le Monache

Le Monache is a remarkable property with the best hosts imaginable-Anthony and Andrea. It is such a beautiful and relaxing space (and now a great pool!) to return to after visiting nearby beaches, wineries, olive groves and towns. Fantastic breakfast and great meals if needed. The guys make you feel so welcome and taken care of while there. And the space is as amazing as the photos would suggest which is rare. Such great taste and style for a lovely small hotel in a great location.

Exceptional hospitality received from Andre and Anthony the owners, they couldn't do enough for us and the food they served was out of this world! Fresh, home grown and local produce introduced us to new foods we hadn't tried before and instantly loved! I have some food intolerances and they went out of their way to ensure these were catered for, learning along the way and trying new recipes which were all a success! The rooms are authentic and beautifully styled, with extremely comfortable beds and all amenities. A relaxed atmosphere and beautiful location in the heart of the Puglia with easily accessible beaches and sights (a car is needed). Andre and Anthony have a lot of knowledge of Puglia and their recommendations were spot on for restaurants, towns, beaches etc. We will definitely look them up again if we travel back to Puglia in the future. One of the best holidays!

We are a family of 5, and got stuck in a place where we were not happy. We found Masseria le Monache had a few nights free, so we decided to take a chance. It was wonderful. Anthony and Andrea were just fantastic. Super super helpful and very generous. We really felt like their guests. Masseria le Monache is really their place, and you feel their effort and personality in every element. The rooms were some of the nicest I have stayed in. Super clean, wonderfully put together and very simple. If you do stay, you will need a car. Masseria le Monache is very closely located to Grottaglie which is beautiful. If you are in the area and are looking for a little sanctuary Masseria le Monache is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended.

Il 20 settembre abbiamo celebrato la nostra seconda cerimonia di matrimonio ad Antica Masseria Le Monache, ed è stato semplicemente magico. ✨ Fin dal primo momento, Andrea e Tony sono stati molto più che ospiti: sono diventati amici, parte integrante di uno dei giorni più importanti della nostra vita. La Masseria è un luogo da sogno —ogni angolo trasmette storia, calore e bellezza—, ma ciò che la rende davvero speciale sono loro, con la loro gentilezza, generosità e un cuore enorme. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto, con un’attenzione così sincera e affettuosa che abbiamo sentito che condividevano la nostra felicità come se fosse la loro. Abbiamo trascorso tutto il fine settimana lì con la nostra famiglia, e l’esperienza è stata più bella di quanto avessi mai potuto sognare. Tutto è stato pervaso da una pace, una gioia e una magia indimenticabili. Davvero, non abbiamo parole per ringraziarli abbastanza per tutto l’amore, l’amicizia e la dedizione con cui ci hanno accompagnato in un momento così importante. Grazie di cuore, Andrea e Tony, per averci aperto le porte della vostra casa e del vostro cuore. ❤️ Raccomandiamo Antica Masseria Le Monache al 100%! È un luogo pieno di anima, perfetto per vivere momenti unici e creare ricordi che dureranno per sempre.

E poi arrivi in Puglia, percorri la strada verso la masseria, l’hai scelta, hai visto le foto, hai letto le recensioni, ma non sai cosa realmente ti aspetta.. percorri una stradina di campagna, da fuori scorgi questa struttura imponente color amaranto, si apre il portone di legno e ti vengono incontro due persone, due anime uniche , due ragazzi di cuore.. loro, Antony e Andrea, due padroni di casa che ti fanno sentire a casa, una sola unica coccola che ti accompagna per tutto il soggiorno in una location incantevole, arredata in ogni minimo dettaglio con gusto e precisione, oggetti comprati, oggetti regalati oggetti recuperati fanno della Masseria un ambiente caldo, rilassante dove regna la pace, la tranquillita’ , vibrazioni positive scorrono , una musica di sottofondo accompagna le serate , una cucina , per chi avra’ la fortuna di assaggiare dai sapori locali e dalla presentazione attenta di Andrea in ogni suo piatto. Le stanze sono perfette, letti comodi, cuscini per un buon riposo, lenzuola e copriletto profumati e asciugamani morbidi tutto in pandane con i colori che ti circondano.. regna il silenzio, la pace.. Non si possono non citare a fare da cornice a questo idillio, una bassottina Madoo e un gattino Marcel, due animaletti piccoli dolci e fortunati.. Un posto magico dal sapore autentico.. Grazie ragazzi!
