I am echoing all of the great reviews that are already posted. Great location, delicious, fresh baked breakfast, spotless rooms and common areas. Rooms are very comfortable have everything you need for a stay. Most importantly, David and John are gracious and extremely helpful hosts. They know everything in town and can tailor their suggestions according to your particular interests. I'll be back!

I stayed one night in the forward studio. It included one parking spot and breakfast. The location was perfect! It was situated near everything but off from the noise of Ptown. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed being able to choose my breakfast the evening before. I selected and ate a boiled egg, blueberry yogurt, and the baked good of the day. I’ll definitely stay again.

We stayed here for the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Fest, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The room was clean, updated, and well-appointed. The housekeeping staff is amazingly responsive and thorough. The grounds and patio are beautiful and comfortable. The innkeepers are friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure that our entire visit to Provincetown was pleasant as stress-free. We hope to be back next year!

Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. From reservation through checkout everything was perfect. David is awesome. The chocolate cookies I ordered were warm when we arrived to room and David added cold milk! The breakfast delivered to our door by 8:30am was tremendous. Best pistachio muffins I have EVER had. Orange juice, coffee, yogurt, just perfect. Our room, Waves Penthouse was superb. Amazing location 2 blocks from everything Ptown. Best property in Ptown in my opinion. Kudos to the Team at Admirals Landing. Nothing has been missed. Can't wait to return as it gets cool to use radiant floor heat and towel warmer!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Provincetown. The Inn is located one street behind the main, commercial street so you get the great location without any disturbance. The Hosts were excellent, David and John very welcoming and always ready with great recommendations. Breakfast is delivered to your room and the rooms and commons spaces all kept super clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

I couldn’t recommend Admiral’s Landing more! David is so welcoming, kind and has great recommendations for the area. Our room was clean, spacious, well equipped. We can’t wait to come back! P’Town is also such a special place with everything to offer. You could go whale watching during the day, then be at a world class drag show at night, or cycle in the sand dunes around the Cape.

The owners, David & John, are friendly and incredibly conscientious. They each work long and hard to ensure that you’ll enjoy a very fun stay right in the very heart of P’town. We had such a wonderful experience at Admirals Landing. We stayed at another bed and breakfast the night before and there was just no comparison. The hospitality, the rooms, the baked goods (best muffins I’ve ever had!)… truly, everything was phenomenal!!

My husband and I took a last minute get away with hopes of finding a place to stay right in the middle of Ptown so we could walk to everything. We got so lucky to find this wonderful place!!!! It was adorable, affordable and spotless. The decor is true to what you see online, VERY NICELY DONE!!! We stayed in Room 1 it was small and cozy with cold clean air, we loved it!!!! David the owner was amazing!!! He went out of his way with parking, and after I put my breakfast order in way to late…he went and bought two muffins for us from a shop down the street. Excellent hospitality!!!! We will stay here again and again!!!!

Very pleasant and easy stay in Room 2. Superb blueberry muffins. I really do think half and half is a must have. Would return in a heartbeat all the same. Overnight oats an excellent nod to the times. TripAdvisor requires more characters than the review needed! Laconic part of the world!

Our stay at Admiral's Landing was wonderful The room was luxurious and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient. Breakfast made to order was delivered to the room every morning. Co-owner David could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

We have been here in Feb'23 the first time, and now in Apr'23 again. We found this charming place kind of by accident, since our other favorite place was booked out. Now, this place is our new favorite actually ;-). A charming Inn, just a stone throw from PTown center. Tough it's on Bradford Street, we haven't heard any noise from cars. We stayed in Room #2 and Room #1. Room #1 was a bit tight but still enjoyable. Free breakfast with a couple of options and homemade bake goods, a nice breakfast area to sit and chill and start the day. Parking can be tight, but doable, and most importantly in PTown: free. Rooms and all was very clean, nicely decorated interior. The hosts were fabulous and super friendly and make this place really special! A 100% thumb up recommendation!

Great host, Extremely helpful and accommodating. Perfect location and wonderful baked goods!! Everything about this place is first class. Parking could be a bit tight but definitely doable. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Absolutely awesome accommodations and breakfast, and the hosts are incredible. Don’t hesitate to book! The scones were outstanding at breakfast, and we loved the room and bathtub. Book the penthouse if it’s available!

I've stayed all over town - hotels, Airbnbs, camping - and Admiral's Landing is by far one of my favorite stays. As others have noted, the grounds are immaculate and comfortable and bright, with a lovely "living room" style lobby and an equally lovely outdoor patio, tucked just off Bradford. Location is also key - so quiet, yet right on Bradford and a few steps from Far Lands, and a few more steps from the center of town. But what distinguished my stay was David's above-and-beyond hospitality and kindness. He and John made check-in as easy as could be, and were accommodating from the very first phone inquiry. My favorite touch: David personally bakes a daily special for breakfast, and getting that little picnic basket outside my door each morning was a highlight. The entire stay truly felt like the best of two worlds: the hospitality of a hotel stay, plus the charm and coziness of staying in someone's home. Bonus points for spotless cleaning and for strong, reliable A/C! I look forward to returning and I wish David and John all the best with the hotel.
