Nos han tratado estupendamente .. la habitación amplia y con una terraza estupenda.. hemos llevado un perrito y ha estado como en casa.. sin duda volveremos

Just back from this hotel we were there for four days after cruise this hotel is so central to everything on the coast with the atlantic waves rolling in hotel could do with revamp but the room we had on premier room basis was immaculate witn a veranda with a view to the waves rolling in room no 1009 couldnt fault it staff are great restaurant a bit hit and miss but bloody marys or champars for breaky cant be bad and peurto de la cruiz is a great place everything handy mcds chinese all types of places to eat and drink would highly reccomend hotel and place

Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed on a half-board basis and the choice of food was fabulous. If you couldn't find something to eat that was being offered you must be very fussy indeed! We found it to be quite unbelievable for what we'd paid. We had a balcony room that looked out onto a wonderful seaview and it was large enough to hold 2 sun loungers and a table and chair set. The rooms were clean and comfortable and our beds were made daily. The shower was excellent. The hotel has a lovely pool area and the most pleasant surrounding areas where you can sit and relax with a drink from the bar (Happy Hour was offered between 5 - 6pm) The location of the hotel is perfectly situated along the beach front. We had a really wonderful time here. It's a lovely (if not a little dated) hotel and excellent value for money.

We were a bit apprehensive about coming, we could only get the upgraded premiere rooms sea view if we wanted a balcony at the time.the upgrade was slippers ,dressing gowns,fridge,tea,coffee tray and daily water plus it says turndown and chocs.firsty the upgrades,fridge was handy,we only drink coffee but they didn’t refill everyday, milk only got now & again also water we had to keep asking reception but never got it when we asked so they missed about 5 times out of our 2 weeks.the turn down & chocs was basically a knock on the door then they hand you 2 little chocs, this happened for the first week, then we never got any the 2nd.the sea view was amazing and well worth it as long as you don’t like going to bed before 1230 as the bars outside are very loud,like most reviews say and no sun, although after sitting in sun all day it’s nice the room was cool.the actual hotel was good, lovely location,food was ok always something to have,breakfasts was best.beds are comfy, maids keep them clean. Pool area ok ,although on sunny days get filled up quick so we used the lago pools 5.50 a day. Food and drinks normal prices. Entertainment every night,although we never saw it as 10pm start is to late for us as we like to be out early in mornings walking.my husband had his hair cut , 8 euros that was good.excellent hotel for the price we paid .

Stayed for a week in March 2024. Was our first time in this hotel, second at Puerto de la Cruz. I have to admit, I was disappointed in the state of the room because it was quite worn: the armchair was covered in black stains and so were the curtains, and the shower holder wouldn't stay in place. Also, the toilet seat was worn out, part of the bathroom roof got detached, the light flickered.. and there was rust on the air conditioning machine and balcony rails. However, we did enjoy our stay - mainly because of the location and the food, which were both great. But, to be honest, this hotel needs a renovation quite soon.

Really nice hotel and the staff were great......Food very nice and plenty to choose from.....Drinks very reasonably priced.......Superbly positioned also....... McDonalds literally on your doorstep I would recommend this hotel for VFM and comfort Happy hour between 17-18.00 Hrs

We spent a week at this hotel at the end of January. Our room was at the front of the hotel on the 11th floor,it could quite noisy of an evening till about 11.30pm. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. A kettle and cups were supplied, we picked up a carton of milk from a nearby supermarket as we had a small fridge in the room.We were able to get teabags and sachets of instant coffee from dinning room. Air-conditioning worked well in our room as did wifi both of these were free.The food was plentiful and a wide variety dishes on offer,although could have been a bit warmer.We only went to entertainment one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the flamenco dancers.There was quite a few activities throughout the day ie: bowls darts ect which attracted a few participants. The pool was a bit on the chilly side, but it was January.Lots of sunbeds around the pool and also on the solarium, so we never had a problem finding a couple .Hotel is very central and rooms at the front have excellent views.We stayed on a half board basis.
