Apartamentos Florida Gran Canaria Adults Only

Just back from a fantastic 2 week stay in Florida apartments (adults only). This place exceeded my expectations. The room itself has everything you need, microwave, kettle, toaster, big fridge freezer, all utensils, free Wi-Fi, TV, aircon etc. The shower is fab and has great water pressure which is a must for me. The complex is very well managed by David who is a a gentleman, nothing is a problem for him, always happy to help. The pool itself is new and spotless. If you are elderly or unstable on your legs this is the ONLY place you should book. It has a gradual ramp running the whole length of the pool with a handrail which means that regardless of your mobility you can walk safely in and out of this pool. The sun beds and umbrellas are also modern, new and adjustable. The location of these apartments is fantastic too, directly across the road from the commercial centre, where you can spontaneously walk to shops, restaurants and bars without hesitation or the need to get taxis or dying of a heart attack on those hills or steps !!! The apartments are also well insulated, no noise can be heard from the shopping centre at night. You get the sun on your terrace or balcony right up to 7.30pm in the evening (July). I'd recommend staying on the ground floor for ease of access to the pool etc.. Lots of the photos on this site are out of date. There are no longer any shrubs or grass, just a lovely surface to lie out on.

Early check out time and no facilities whatsoever so if flight is later prepare for a long day. No reception but spoke to cleaner who said we could leave our cases until nearer our flight time. At 14:20 I got a call about our luggage and was told to collect it in 10 minutes. We did this and I asked could I use a toilet and the answer was a sharp no! Basically we were pushed out the gate - I was astounded. Although this is a well positioned the nightlife is close by and there is noise. The apartment is basic but okay - we are fairly easily pleased and the cleaner is lovely. The whole experience was marred by our final day. From 09:50 to past midnight I have never been happier to get home to a cold Belfast! There is better accommodation In Puerto Rico - would I stay here again - not a chance.

Excellent location.Lovely apartments, clean, new pool and grounds are very well kept. Apartments have everything you need with aircon in bedroom.Bed comfortable but pillows too hard for me. David friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time i have stayed in apartamentos florida ,The guy at the front desk was very pleasent even waited until quite late for us as our flight was delayed, it is the perfect location with the shops bars and restaurants just across the road . it is a very quite place , adults only , the pool is great and the gardens around the apartments is well kept clean and tidy . the rooms are very clean and house keeping came in 3 times in the week with clean sheets and towels . The room had everything you need . if i go back to puerto rico this is where i would stay again /

These apartments couldn’t be in a better place literally over the road from the shopping center with all the bars restaurants and tat shops you could ever want. The apartment itself was spotless and very tidy it has everything you want and need,if you want anything else like a hairdryer just ask David and free!! Just like the A/C…. The pool is lovely and clean and the grounds are very well maintained by David,my only complaint is that they definitely need to upgrade the sun beds,other than that it’s a fantastic little place that stay. 5⭐️

great apartments in an excellent location,free air con,plenty of sunbeds and no stairs to climb.david the manager is really friendly and keeps the gardens immaculate.supermarket,bars and restaurants just across the road.couldnt fault it.
