My family and I recently stayed at Hacienda Buenaventura Mexican Charm All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The resort was clean, well maintained, and had a friendly atmosphere. The pool was one of the highlights and was a great place to relax during the day. They do offer free wi-fi that works well throughout the property.
The rooms were comfortable and worked well for a family vacation, although they were more practical than luxurious. The food was good, but the selection was somewhat limited compared to larger all-inclusive resorts. While there was not a huge variety, the meals we tried were flavorful and satisfying.
The staff was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and willing to assist whenever needed. Best feature.
The resort seemed to cater mostly to local Mexican guests, which gave it a more authentic feel. A couple of drawbacks were the lack of airport shuttle service and no dedicated beach area. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service and good value. Good for a family with kids or if you want a quiet place to relax but don't mind a basic feel.
