It was a Heavenly Experience! The property is really Nature's SPA! The Hospitality of Staff was great ! Food was really Value for Money and Homely.. Special Thanks to Mr Sahil Thakur and Mr Narsing Reception Desk Staff.. Their Cooperation made the Stay a Cake Walk.. Must Experience in Lonavala!

The restaurant manager is greedy, small minded and unwelcoming… Never in a restaurant have I been made feel so unwelcome… We were 8 of us including a toddler, we were staying in the same compound as this resort. We checked with the restaurant in the afternoon if we could come for dinner and they said yes. However when were turned up for dinner the manager said you can only sit here for an hour. I have never heard this from anyone in the service industry before.. He was constantly trying to sell us the buffet and like mentioned in other reviews is interested only in serving large groups… we were told we could sit as long as we wanted and also get a discount if we took buffet, else we will be served late. We went somewhere else for dinner and passed the restaurant on our way back after a couple of hours and it was completely empty.. not sure why he wanted us out in an hour… the first thing I would change is that I would fire the restaurant manager, I don’t even know how people can survive with such an attitude in the service industry… Dear management take a closer look at the people you hire, you can get better. This was my second time in cloud 9, I will not be coming back.

I recently stayed at Cloud9 Hill Resort and it truly lived up to its name! Nestled amidst the lush greenery and serene hills of Lonavala, the resort offers a perfect escape from the city chaos. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the valley. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality of the staff – always smiling and ready to help. The food was delicious, with a good mix of local and multi-cuisine options. The pool and recreational areas were well-kept, making it a great place for both families and couples to unwind. Waking up to misty mornings and sipping tea with a view of the mountains was just magical. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate in nature’s lap. Would definitely love to visit again!

Great place to visit - especially during monsoons (must visit place). Very polite hospitality & staff. Clean rooms, good food, ample spaces for chilling under the moonlight. Safe & secure space - kid friendly. Looking forward for more visits in future.

Had a wonderful experience at Cloud 9 Hill Resort in Lonavala. The location is excellent, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Nestled amidst the hilltops, the resort provides a refreshing atmosphere with clean air and a peaceful ambience, which is well-maintained by the hotel staff. One area that could use improvement is the response time of the staff when service is requested. However, aside from that, the team is very courteous and always ready to assist. Special mention to Mr. Rabindra Sahu, the hotel manager – a genuinely kind and accommodating person who made us feel completely at home. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, even those that were a bit unreasonable. Overall, a great budget-friendly place to stay. Highly recommended for your next trip to Lonavala!

Had a unforgettable stay experience for 3 nights at Cloud9 Resort at Lonavala. It was truly amazing. We visited at this resort to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Staffs of this resort are very attentive and they made sure that we had a truly memorable birthday celebration as they made all the desired arrangements at a very short notice. Food was awesome and decoration setup done by them was just amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Rabindra Sahu and Mr. Sahil Thakur as they were extremely courteous and helpful. They made all the efforts for us to make our stay and birthday celebration truly memorable. They have very good understanding of region, it's weather and suggested us many places to visit. All other staff members were also very well behaved. Resort has many indoor and outdoor games facility which we enjoyed fully. We look forward to come back once again at this resort. Thanks
