Lovely resort. Staff was so very helpful especially johnfry. Restaurants were easy to make reservations and food was excellent

found a cockroach in the aquarium buffet, the employees in the reception area do not have the ability to solve complications and some employees do not have education, they play a lot, they talk without respect

We didn't realize it was a part of a bigger resort. There were two adult sections Grand Aquamarine and Ambar. The Grand Aquamarine didn't have access to everything whereas Ambar did. They were both adult-only but some of the restaurants were in the kid section so you had to check where if you wanted to stay away from kids. Overall. We enjoyed our time and liked it but would book at Bahi Principe Ambar next time.

We enjoyed our stay. The outside of the property was well kept and clean. The rooms were average and clean.
We had 2 rooms booked for our group. 1 room had a leak and a wet smell. The other room was fine.

This property isn’t English friendly - it was hard to communicate- the gentleman at the front desk bellman- were the only friendly staff. Everyone else wasn’t friendly - starting with checkin down restaurants

We could not watch the football games, the internet and cable service was horrible. We booked double beds and got 1 bed. A lot of the restaurants you couldn’t get reservations.

Staff was not helpful. Disregarded ******* VIP perks. Buffet was fine and most ala cartes food was good but had poor service. Beach was a bit far from hotel. Reaort needs a facelift. Dated. Will not return.

The staff everywhere we went were amazing. They all went above and beyond with their customer service. They made the atmosphere welcoming and fun. I was just a bit disappointed with the selection of food at the buffet. I felt it catered more to outsider food than the food from the country. Overall, it was a good experience.
