- Nice Staff - Beautiful pool area -Comfortable bed - Close to a shopping mall

The hotel is beautifull. Rooms are nice and clean and smell very good. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect. Shopping, Cinema, Coco bongo, Dinner in the Sky and lots of Restaurants at walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!

Soweit alles okay, schöne Pool Anlage, Gym auch OK. TV und WiFi katastrophal. TV Problematic mit dem Internet, sehr nervig weil viel zu langsames Internet, eine Nacht sogar total Ausfall. Aufpassen bei Extras. Zum Beispiel late check out bis 15 Uhr kostet 25 US$ plus 18 % Steuern plus 10 % Service Charge, Wahnsinn???? Und, Achtung bei der irreführenden Buchung. Weil, Gardenview rooms sind in Wirklichkeit zur Seite der Straße - also kein Garten vorhanden. Nur Zimmer zur Pool Site sind mit Garten etc.. Preise im Restaurant sehr sehr hoch wegen den zusätzlichen Steuern und Gebühren.

Very decent hotel with an adequate pricing despite the high season. Only glitch, the hotel has no beach so you need a transportation (ideally a car) and most beaches in Punta Cana are private so expect extra for.

excellent location. walk to restaurants. can kill some time in ikea. would be nice if they had roll away beds for small kids

Poor service!!! Would never come back here again. Room is small and the two queens bed is more like two double bed! The receptionists was rude and ******* charged my taxes for 6 people when I only booked for two! Unbelievable! When I told the receptionist he was like there’s nothing he can do and was not willing to compensate in any shape or form. The hotel also have hidden charges I booked for breakfast and they charged me for coffee. They said coffee is extra charge! What kind of hotel charges extra for drinks in buffet when I already paid for it. Super rude will never come again

Very comfortable hotel very well located in proximity of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The beach can be reached by uber in 10 minutes

This hotel was perfect. The staff is amazing! They constantly greet you with a smile and took care of whatever needs that I had immediately. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The food is excellent. And the hotel is very close to shopping center and restaurants. This was a great stay for me. I will most definitely come back!

This hotel is awesome. Outstanding service. Within walking distance of all restaurants and Coco Bongo and Banks. Great rooms and very comfortable. Very great service by all staff.
