Home is steps from the beach, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a gated community with a common pool. Walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants, bars and the town plaza. We provide bath and beach towels. The home has high speed internet which will allow you to work remotely. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome.About pets:No pets allowed.No pets allowed..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No loud music between 10 PM and 8 AM..Please use the shower on the side of the house to remove any beach sand.,Only registered guests (5 max includes children) are allowed to use the house or pool. Great place This rental was great close to the beach a few good restaurants friendly people Juan was a great host responded within 10-15 minutes check in was quick definitely a good place to stay

Great place We had a great stay. The only negative is that there was only 1 bath towel per person and when I asked for more we were told they only provided 5 due to the max guest count of 5 people. There were no hand towels provided either…

Great time in Rincon! This is a wonderful property in a great location, and included everything we need for our stay. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and perfect for our family. Black Eagle beach is right out the door, with great restaurants in walking distance. Rincon town center was a short drive, as well as all the other beaches in the area. Thank you Juan for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing family friendly condo My husband and I have been to Rincon many times over the years, but this was our first time as a family — two kids (7 and 5). This was our first time staying at Juan’s condo. It was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for a better set up with a minute’s walk to the beach and condo pool directly across the street. Walking distance to many great restaurants. The condo had all the amenities we could ask for and more, very clean and organized. We were especially happy with the owner’s written directions and details provided ahead of time and in the condo. Juan was also very responsive by messaging. We had an excellent time and can’t wait to come back!

Great location and comfortable stay The house is very comfortable and clean. Great ocean view and walkable distance to the beach. Near to Rincon town and restaurants. Juan is a great host and has everything ready for our stay.

Rincon Beach House Loved our place in Rincon! Juan sent all the info in advance of our arrival, and that made it easy. Loved the location and ease of getting to the beach and town.
