Pylosea Luxury Lodge

The property was great and the staff was even better. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Pylosea Luxury Lodge for one night. Just be aware that it is not luxurious, or a Lodge, simply I believe a building with 3 or 4 rooms for rent. We were not sent in advance checkin instructions, but luckily we had a cell plan to call and find someone to let us in. That individual spoke no English, so was able to explain nothing but when to check out and here is the Wi-Fi password. In our room it looked newly renovated, but closer up had issues. The heater didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t open from the inside(serious issue if I had been alone- apar**ent two I believe), and it smelled like smoke. Over all just not a great experience. The positive, the bed was very comfortable. Location was great to walk around.

Great stay!

The truth is that we booked this accommodation for 2 nights just before the 15th of August. It seemed a bit expensive at 128 euros per night but we said that it will be worth the money. We arrived, all seemed perfect. We had read some reviews in Booking that mentioned cockroaches but this was about the 2 downstairs apar**ents, so we that were staying upstairs thought we were okay. The night just before we entered the room we found a dead cockroach. This would not be a problem but when we entered the room, we saw another cockroach alive running on the bed, on the sheets that we would sleep. After a few minutes and after I managed to kill her, next to the bed, from a piece of the wall that had swelled, I saw two cockroach antennas coming out. The result; We stayed up all night to watch out in case the cockroach came out and in the morning we left asap. When you ask for 128 euros per night and call your accommodation luxurious (Luxury Lodge) this is not allowed. Of course, they did not return anything as an apology for all the suffering. FYI. The next day we found a hotel with 85 euros per night, with breakfast and WITHOUT KATSARIDES. Think again before you book it.

Μείναμε για τρεις ημέρες στην καρδιά του χειμώνα （11-14 Δεκ） και απολαύσαμε τη ζεστασιά, την ευρυχωρία, την καθαριότητα και την κομψότητα του δωματίου. Σε απόσταση μόλις 40 μέτρων από την κεντρική πλατεία, με τις καφετέριες, τα εστιατόρια, τα bar και την αγορά της Πύλου.. είχαμε ότι επιθυμούσαμε στο λεπτό! Η τιμή εξαιρετικά λογική. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για οποιαδήποτε εποχή του χρόνου.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Πύλου, δίπλα στην περίφημη πλατεία των τριών Ναυάρχων. Η διαμονή μας στο εξαιρετικό αυτό κατάλυμα, την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων, ήταν απολαυστική, άνετη και ευχάριστη. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου, που παραμένει ανοικτό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε…
