Staff are all amazing, housekeeping team are really outgoing and always cleaning the place. Please just extend the kitchen and lounge hours to midnight at the very least!!

Like the Hostel with friendly staff especially Manager Hana great service & helpfulness. I will come back to stay again when I back Queenstown. Appreciate & thankful to all staff in Lylo.

The overall check-in experience is good, and the check-in guidelines are clear.

Compared to Auckland and Christchurch Lylo, this one is so much more smaller, still including everything we needed. They do provide towel, shower gel and shampoo too!

Really cozy place, clean and with activities available during the week! I had a pod at the top and I didn't feel too safe though, going up the ladder all the time. But I'm not a tall person so it might depend on who goes up. 💪 The emplacement is wonderful, everything is close by. And though we do have a kitchenette, there's also a food court not too far which is great!

Very convenient & affordable. Bathroom facilities could do with being closer to the sleeping capsules. I was fortunately allowed to check in very early

The location is awesome but a bit pricey considering how small the room is. Otherwise, great staff service and easy to access!

Every thing is good Better to have some cups spoon forks coffee and water boiler .

Good value if you want to stay at the heart of the city. Allowed for early storage for luggage before check in. Stayed for 2 nights in a 6 person dorm. Pods were comfortable and good if you just want somewhere to sleep. Location is great for easy access to day tours and ski trips.

The room is actually small but still have place the stoge 2 big luggage which is under the bed. Toillete is small but it is good function. Room clean but no daily room cleaning service. You need to drop the message to Lylo team. The wall is very thin you can here everything from next room. So please gentle :)) Location is perfect. Close to condoral walkable to downtown. Will come back again. Absolutely^^

Very clean. Central location. Just opposite the bus pick up point to most places.

This is a pod hotel and it is really clean in the pod and dorms. The bathrooms were just so so. My only gripe on this place was that it fronts a street across from a bar and it was really noisy until really late. Other than that it was a good stay for one night.
