Nice and cosy room. Clean facilities. The shuttle bus was a nice extra.

附廚房的房型，有微波爐、電磁爐、烤麵包機、冰箱，餐具碗盤也很齊全；此房型還有烘衣架。前台人員超級親切，介紹我們附近景點、停車場，以及如何搭公車往返市中心。

非常狹窄的房子，點錯了兩晚都不可以取消一晚，洗澡睡覺都不舒服，嚴重不值！

環境優美, 在市中心有這一個樂園確實不錯, 價廉物美, 還有公共廚房可以給自己大顯身手, 因為你在皇后鎮餐廳食一餐是很貴的, 但大家要注意沒有私家廁所, 如果天氣冷晚上要去廁所是一件很痛苦的事

Highlight stay of our roadie! Very clean & immaculate grounds & facilities. Arrived & were promptly checked in, a complimentary plunge tub as well. Great shuttle service free of charge to & from Queenstown ( hourly I believe). Stayed in a cabin which was super cute. Double bed & bunks. Small table & 2 chairs. Fantastic heat pumps in room & electric blankets on the beds. Showers / toilets across from cabin with large spacious wet floor showers, bench seating which was appreciate due to difficulties with an injury making showering & dressing on a road trip tricky. Well heated. Only critique would be, paving or pathways needs adding in newly grassed area where everyone naturally wants to walk quickly to bathrooms .Especially when raining. Maybe add a kettle to the room as well ? Wandered to kitchen / lounge area, though only filled a thermos. Large, clean & loads of space. A small deck at the front of the cabin with a pair of awesome cape cod chairs to park yourself in rugged up & enjoy the sunrise over the snowy tipped mountains right in front of you ! Friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, great location .Zero regrets , will definitely stay again in a heartbeat when heading that way next.

This site is fantastic for people who are young and fit: which does mean the majority of those visiting Queenstown during the ski season. We arrived to a drizzly day and, as a couple of a "certain age" found some aspects fantastic whilst others could have been better. For an upmarket park, showers should have benches to sit on. It's not always easy to stand one legged whilst negotiating the task of putting on a pair of pants! The laundry is cramped and you need to supply your own cooking utensils etc. The kitchen area was great to use, though and it was nice to be out of town. Some accomodations for those of us who are not as fit and agile as we used to be would make this place much better: especially considering the premium price for a powered site and the $6.00 charge each for washing machine and dryer (most others only charge $4.00 each).

Great Experience - Reasonably close to town and transport available close by. All staff are super friendly and helpful which was great.

I rated the location 5 because of the complimentary shuttle to town and going back to the park. Although there are bus stops nearby, a free shuttle is more convenient and predictable as long you are informed about the schedules. They dropped me off and picked up from town even just me alone. The view in the place especially the mountain view was awesome. It’s fantastic to wake up seeing the snowy mountains by the window. It was raining this morning but still the vibe and cozyness was there. I was hesitant to book here because of poor wifi reviews of some. I sent them a message to ask before I booked and they confirmed that wifi is good. When i checked in, i couldn’t connect even after i asked for help so I was disappointed coz i needed wifi for work and even mobile data was weak. Surprisingly when I arrived back from town, the wifi was working with no fail! Thank God! I felt safe staying there solo.

We stayed three nights in Queenstown top 10 in one of the apartments we love our stay. Everything was so clean and tidy the stuff were lovely definitely will be coming back

Celebrate my wife’s birthday in Queenstown to go zip lining. Park is roomy with everything you need. Unit was updated and spotless very quiet.

Highly recommend, excellent staff. Very clean and well kept. Peaceful. You really don't need to look any further
