It's next to North Ave MRT station and the Trinoma Mall. Very noisy location . As soon as you walk into the entrance, a foul sewerage type of smell hits you. Not a nice welcome..!! Girls on reception are efficient but not particularly friendly. I think they don't enjoy their jobs. I was escorted to my room to view the lighting levels because I requested a brightly lit room with a window. There are many hotel rooms in the Phillippnes without windows, something to be mindful of. I wasn't happy with the dim yellowy light bulbs but the supervisor kindly replaced a few with brighter whiter bulbs. Kudos to him. But there was an overpowering smell of fresh paint coming from the closet in the room. Despite getting it cleaned and sprayed with freshener, the smell never went, hence I couldn't hang any clothes in there for my entire stay. No restaurant in the hotel just room service that brought food wrapped in cling film. Food quality was not too good. The reception and kitchen staff don't seem to understand that a vegetable chow mein shouldn't have meat in it. "no meat" doesn't seem to register with them. The 24/7 store next door was convenient for snacks and drinks. The only saving grace for this hotel is it's proximity to the MRT station and the mall.
