Shangri-La Hotel Qufu

I got the classic Shangri-la experience that I would expect from other Shangri-la Hotels across the country. The facilities were great, the staff were friendly, and the gym was good. I didn't have enough time to enjoy the sauna and pool, but it looked good too. The breakfast buffet was nice, but it didn't have the full variety that you get from other Shangri-la locations; for example, they didn't have any bacon! And there was no jam on the first day. It is about 20 minutes on foot to the Confucius sites, or 5 minutes in a cab. There is also a big SPAR supermarket across the street. It's one of the best hotels in Qufu from what I have seen from this trip!

途經曲阜入住了香格里拉大酒店。總枱接待範曉霞小姐，禮貌問候、住宿登記、拍照備案、掃描查驗健康碼，快、準、精一氣呵成，辦好了入住酒店手續。酒店能有這樣業務能力和工作效率極高的員工，説明酒店對員工培訓的重視，提升顧客至上的經營理念是分不開的。入住後服務員豐煊煊、張印梅送來了水果、小禮物，温馨服務讓我倍感親切，入住酒店賓至如歸有種到家的感受。曲阜是個小城市，有大文化，在酒店裡就能體現出禮儀之邦，儒家文化，下次再來！

乾淨衞生，地下停車場很方便，停車直接停在電梯對面，行李服務生幫忙拿！很周到！不會有一點，第二天我們退房了，前台讓我們直接把房卡給她，然後直接走就可以了。但是後面下午兩點鐘又給我來電話問我們要退房嗎？我們都一臉懵，房卡一早給了前台，到了兩點居然還沒幫我退！除了這點其他都很棒

環境很漂亮，服務非常棒，服務員黃寧慧、孔鳳幫我們補充礦泉水和連結WIFI，豐煊煊、孔凡霞幫我們準備了水果和特色酥餅，前台接待員張亞欣、陳姿、賈傑、尹靜非常熱情的幫我們辦理入住手續並搬運行李，讓我們真正體會到賓至如歸的感覺

Beautiful hotel, the architecture and design details are stunning. But the best part is the hotel staff, they are all very professional but personable. Everyone we met, the receptionist, restaurant waitress, exercise room, and housekeeping staff were smiling and friendly. We got the package and tried on the Han style clothes and staff offered to help take photos around the hotel. I would definitely come back the next time I am in Qufu. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It was our second stay at this hotel. Because of the CNY the hotel was fully booked, but in spite of that the staff always had time for us, answering questions and fulfilling our wishes. For instance, they found another room for us where the noise from the amusement park was not heard, they tried to find a nice table in the restaurant, call the cab and finally generously agreed to extend the checkout time till 6pm. We felt us very comfortable having all this friendly and helpful support. The buffet diner in the evening is amazing, the managers do their best introducing Chinese dishes for us. The variety of the offers in the lobby bar could be better and the whole atmosphere there more cosy. We could use sauna, we accustomed to European standards were missing a really quiet and cosy room, also the size of the sauna is small. Overall we would always recommend this hotel and definitely stay there when visiting again the hometown of Confucius

the staffs are friendly. rooms are clean and centrally located. the downside the buffet breakfast has limited choices and look more like a 3 star hotel buffet.
