Perfect location to walk into Rugusa Ibla or take stairs to Ragusa Superiore. Property was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was a plus! Only problem was town is shut down in January. Hardly any restaurants open.

The hotel above a stream, is well-placed in Ragusa, allowing walks around Ragusa Ibla and up the big hill to the newer city. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised with a quaint stone room and scrupulously clean room and bathroom, with all amenities.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very clean and quick walk to all the sites!

Stayed overnight on a tour of Sicily. Excellent room in a building across from the main hotel. Staff very helpful, breakfast good and price very reasonable. Free parking just beneath the hotel however if using satnav try to put car park in to prevent having to go around a lot of tight streets to get to outside hotel door. Only 50 metres difference but you will miss some awkward driving

Car park is adjacent to Itria Palace’s terrace making luggage transfer very easy compared to other lodging options. Easy walk to Ilba to explore or for dinner and walk back. Excellent restaurant 1/2 block away Agli Archi Trattoria. Included breakfast on the sunny terrace was a great start each day.

Absolutely top notch. My husband and I first came to Ragusa 12 years ago. Much has changed but thankfully much has stayed the same in the town. We were happy to discover Itria Palace when we were planning our itinerary. We stayed in a family room that consisted of two rooms, three beds and two showers. The room was accessible by stairs or lift. It was quiet, clean, super comfortable bed and pillows with very cold air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was delightful featuring plenty of the usual Italian standards but also included local offerings which were delicious. A member of staff was on hand to prepare caffe and cappuccino for guests. We will absolutely return!

Our room was dark, the air conditioning unit was antique and offered little comfort during the warm evenings . The bathroom needed refurbishing and the room itself could have been cleaner: there was a bar downstairs which only stayed open until 6.30pm. Breakfast had very limited choices and a self Service coffee machine which produced awful coffee . The car park at the back has limited ‘free ‘ spaces . Staff were polite and hard working but this hotel was a bitter disappointment. Avoid!
