Property is big but basic facilities are not up to the mark though it is in forest we expect some teething issue but there are other properties also with better facilities.. We enjoyed saty though as guide and food was good quality..location and surroundings is good

Was in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is situated in world famous Chitwan National Park (Wildlife Sanctuary). It’s a small hotel with 35 rooms on ground & first floor. Rooms spread out along a courtyard, well maintained. Restaurant is next to reception. Swimming pool at a corner. Property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Clean room, good quality bed, clean linen & towels, limited toiletries, AC in the room, tea coffee maker etc. only lacuna is size of water heater. During cold season it is hardly sufficient for one person. Second person will have to wait until water heats again. Food quality was very good. Breakfast spread too was excellent. All staff were very courteous, polite & attentive. Recommend this hotel strongly

it was my truly family trip .I found it was Elegant hotel, great hospitality and experience . Since hotel location was in cool place and closer to activites it added another beauty . Room and bathroom were big enough and completely neat and clean moreover the fance was big so my kids throughly enjoyed .

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was ok, and we cannot review all parts of the hotel facilities and services as we did not use all of them. What we liked: - most comfortable beds we stayed in in Nepal. Slept very well. - Well functioning air conditioning. - Decent water pressure/hot water temperature BUT, see what we didn’t like below. - The pool area - nice pool, comfy sunbeds - Staff were polite and friendly. - The location is away from the main strip of town so it is less dusty and more quiet. Town is a 20 min walk. The route is mostly lit, but we recommend bringing a torch if you are walking. - Clean rooms - Fridge with reasonably priced mini bar What we disliked: - it seems there are a number of poor finishes within the room such as a nail as a door stop in the bathroom, a balcony door that doesn’t close properly because the door is either warped or the frame is not square (I could fit my fingers through the gap). Notwithstanding, none of these issues ruined our stay, they are small things for the hotel to look at. - No safe to store valuable belongings - The shower is served by a 10l storage heater. What this means is that you have about 4-5 mins to shower head to toe before you run out of water. It environmentally responsible, which is good, but should you need more time it’s not helpful. It is also questionable why a bath tub as it’s not possible to have a hot bath based on water limitation. It takes approximately 20-30 mins for water to refill in the tank heat up to max temperature. It took us a while to work this out, but once we had we just co-ordinated our showering appropriately. - The towel holder next to the sink was not attached to the wall securely - precariously hung on the fixing. What we can’t comment on: - breakfast was included but we like to explore the culinary offerings of town, so we did not eat at the restaurant - The bar looked nice but again we ate and drank out in town - Room housekeeping - our room was never serviced, but then we weren’t sure if there was supposed to be a request made at either reception or by leaving a tag on the door (we had no door tags/cards in our room). This didn’t particularly bother us, we don’t mind making our own beds, but if this is normal, others may care. - Trips - we booked our jeep safari day trip in town as we felt it was slightly cheaper and we also did not want to engage in any unethical tourism regarding elephants (there are only 3 wild elephants in Nepal, the rest are either government or privately owned. The ones adjacent to the hotel are privately owned. We don’t know who owns these). The situation with elephants in Nepal is incredibly complicated, but if you are interested in a more educational and ethical elephant experience/tourism then we highly recommend you visit Stand Up 4 Elephants (15 min tuktuk ride) - avoid the elephant breeding centre. We recommend that the hotel endorse SU4E cause and help promote the move towards more ethical elephant tourism. Overall we we

One of the greatest experiences of my life!!! The hotel is first class and all of the people employed there are wonderful, warm and friendly!!!!! The food is excellent as well!! I can’t wait to spend time with them again!! We also had the opportunity to go to the village and experience the dance, which is beautiful and a great tale of the tribes history. To end our trip we joined the Jeep Safari. We saw several Rhinoceros, various breeds of deer, sloth bear, Indian Buffalo, peacocks, a fly catcher, and Crocodiles. Our guide is now a friend and I look forward to keep trekking with him again on our next trip. Thank you for treating us like family and friends for our journey!!
