We parked our 20 foot in one of slots by the water at the end. Mark guided us in and we set things up. View was nice but space was rather uneven. We arrived on a Sunday and planned to leave on Wednesday. Tuesday is when things got a bit crazy. First of all, the dumpster was overflowing from the weekend. Not pleasant and attracted hornets. We were in a space that was designed for an rv of maximum length of 32 feet. A guy pulls in with a 42 foot 5th wheel and his truck. Fortunately, there were no rv's across from us. With much moving and all, Matt guided him in. These spots are kind of narrow but not a problem for normal sized rv's. When he got set up, I could no longer use my awning because of the slide outs from the other guy's trailer. Matt said I was to far over and should move my trailer even though his employee spotted me in and set up. The other thing was I had already been there 2 days without this monster RV next to me. They could have moved it to the adjacent space and not been a problem. Just so people know, the spaces are narrow not really designed for anything over 32 feet. They are not level and fairly rough. The garbage service needs some work especially after a weekend. There is not handicapped facilities. So, if need wheelchair accessible toilet, it isn't available. Communication between the owner and employees needs some work. The spaces on the bay side need to be wider and not allow monster RV's without some sort of upgrade to the sites. The last day we were there was most unpleasant. I won't be staying there again and will not be recommending it to friends.
