Wensleydale Glamping Pods

Fantastic find Fantastic find. Lovely views. We were blessed with new born lambs to watch. It's quiet apart from a variety of bird song, lovely. Each pod is labelled and has a discrete fencing/ stone wall for privacy. The hut itself was clean and in great condition and a good temperature. Perfect size for a couple. There is a double sofa bed for 2 more, but that would be extremely cosy. Kitchen area is fine for self catering. Don't bring too much as the fridge is small, but it does have a tiny ice box for ice blocks and ice cubes. There's a little hob in the cupboard which was handy, and a microwave. If you do plan cooking, note the microwave doesn't have an oven feature. Bathroom is a nice size. Hosts were friendly and responded quickly when we'd misread the instructions so wondered which pod we were in - oops. They added a birthday banner and balloon for my partner's birthday, plus bottle of prosecco and toblerone bar - lovely touch. Finding the place was a little tricky as we headed up from Malham, so was heading from Hawes towards Leyburn - the instructions were from the other direction lol. We got there though. There's a nice parking area with electric charger if you have an electric car. Overall, an excellent stay and we plan to go back.

Brilliant glamping pods. They was plenty of room and felt very spacious. Hot tub was a bonus and the location was brilliant to see many places around the yorksire dales. Would definitely book again. Brilliant!

There are only 3 pods, which protects the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view is exceptional and a place to truly relax. The pods offer a good standard of living space with a lovely hot shower and a really comfortable bed. The local sheep add an interesting intro to being in the countryside and lovely to watch. The pod is reached by a narrow single track road but this didn’t cause us any difficulties. The location is great for getting most places in the Dales. We will definitely be back.
