April Medieval Hotel

올드타운 안에 있는 부띠크 호텔이라 흥미로운 위치를 가졌다. 입구에서 카트를 타고 들어왔는데 나갈때에는 바로 출구까지 데려다주지는 않았다 . 바로 옆에 유명한 레스토랑 바가 있어서 좋았다. 아침식사는 보통이다 . 친절하다 . 다만 침대에서 아주 작은 붉은 벌레를 보아서 청결도에서 점수를 뺐다 .

We visited this place hoping for a nice lunch in what is, admittedly, a beautiful location. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered smoothies to start, but they tasted like nothing but water – completely lacking in flavor. Then we ordered gyros, which were priced at a steep €16 each. We were asked to pay before receiving the food, and now we understand why. When the food arrived, the portions were shockingly small, the gyros were cold, and the bread was dry and rubbery. We politely raised our concerns about the quality and price, but were met with hostility. The woman working there accused us of trying to scam her, which was both upsetting and completely uncalled for. In the end, we left the food uneaten, received no refund or discount, and walked away feeling disappointed and frustrated. We would not recommend this place to others – there are plenty of better options nearby.

Avoid at All Costs!!! This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We were a group of four hoping for a nice meal, but what we got was overpriced, poor-quality food and shockingly rude service. We started by ordering smoothies, which turned out to be just water with a few pieces of fruit floating in it—completely tasteless and definitely not worth the price. We were required to pay upfront, which in hindsight was a major red flag. For four smoothies and one gyros each, we paid €93—an absolutely outrageous amount. We waited a long time for the food, and when it finally arrived, the portions were extremely small, the meat was cold, and there were no vegetables or sides—just a sad, flavorless plate. The food was so bad we didn’t even want to eat it, and politely asked if we could either get something else or a partial refund. That’s when things got even worse. The woman who had taken our order became furious, started yelling at us, and accused us of trying to scam her, saying that “young people always do this.” I calmly tried to explain that we weren’t trying to be rude or difficult—we just wanted to have a respectful conversation—but she wouldn’t listen. In the end, she threw us out without giving back a single cent. This wasn’t just a bad meal—it was a genuinely upsetting experience. If you’re looking for good food, fair prices, and basic respect as a customer, do not go here. Avoid at all costs.

The price for what you get is not good, 14 euro for a pasta that was not enough to fill any belly. The pizza couldve been in the oven for a lot longer, the bottom was not crispy at all. The pasta tasted good but the pizza tasted like the pizza you would get in school. For still water it cost 5 euro and for sparkling 7 euro. The place is very cosy and the service was good but I would not go here for the food.

We called in here on our first visit to rhodes town as it looked so pretty from the outside, how wrong we were never met such rude, arrogant staff, we ordered 3 glasses of wine and a water which came to 32 euros (rip off as the wine was so awful) they wouldn’t even take card (no signage on this) and were insulted by a very rude girl with zero customer service, STAY AWAY a lot nicer places to go and enjoy
