The house was renovated in 2014. General: free internet access, parking, bicycle shelter and possibility to wash them.
Studio with sofa bed 160x190.
Use of kitchen, equipped, oven.
For meals table 80 x 80. Outdoor area with table for two, suitable for smokers.
BATHROOM: 1 bathroom, toilet, shower 90 x 70, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer.
Two single beds, wagon style.
Entertainment: satellite TV, radio, DVD player.
Linen on request, sheets and towels (5 euros per person).
Air conditioning is not present because it refreshes a lot in the evening (height 250 m above sea level).
Prices are intended for 2 people. Children up to 2 years free.
Cleaning is included in the price. Contribution 10 euros per week in the presence of animals.
Heating with electric radiator (750 W + 1250 W - 15-20 m2).
The bathroom benefits from the heat of the fireplace on the ground floor apartment.
There is a cost for the consumption of electricity of 0.34 cents per kwatt / h, for holidays longer than 3 days.
The accommodation can accommodate 4 people.
Eligibility: children allowed. Smoking area outside. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Small pets are welcome and welcome. Jeannie lives in the house, a 5-year-old (sterilized) nice and sociable dog, various neighborhood cats and often free hens.
It is not possible to smoke inside, but comfortably on the outside terrace.
The garden is private, not usable. The area is very quiet and enjoys a unique peace, respect for these qualities is welcome.

Appartamento molto carino in mezzo alle colline/montagne (non so come definirle ) savonesi. Purtroppo essendo lì per lavoro non c'è lo siamo potuti godere come avremmo dovuto, ma sicuramente è un bel posticino per una vacanza!La proprietaria è gentilissima, disponibilissima e molto gentile. Ci siamo fatti anche una bella chiacchierata prima di ripartire per casa. Ci ha pure regalato dei dolci del posto per scusarsi per non essere stata presente subito al check in (è arrivata dopo 10 minuti). Peccato fosse un problema di sistema del sito, non suo, quindi super gentile! Consigliato sicuramente

Piacevole soggiorno consigliato
È iniziata nei migliori dei modi... L 'host Patrizia ci ha accolto facendoci sentire subito come a casa ci ha dato indicazioni su come muoversi sul posto e come raggiungere le mete di maggior interesse.... Mi ritengo soddisfatto lo consiglio a chi piace la tranquillità e la pace... Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Coin de paradis, un peu en retrait de la côte mais qui permet de rejoindre facilement les spots de grimpe et de VTT. Super accueil par Patrizia qui est très arrangeante et nous a donné plein de conseils ! L'appartement est très bien pour un couple, pour une famille de quatre ce serait un peu petit. Sinon l'appart tout est très propre et agréable.

Entspannung pur
Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub verbracht. Mit viele Aktivitäten, wie klettern, radfahren, wandern und Klettersteige. Am Meer in 20 Minuten, einfach wunderbar. Empfehlung Finale Borgo und Noli unbedingt besuchen!

Kleinod in atemberaubender Lage !
Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich,
in der absoluten Ruhe und Natur , die Gastgeberin,Patricia , kümmert sich um alles und ist immer ansprechbar.
Von hier aus hat man den idealen Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmen.

Sehr ruhige, entspannte Tage!
Wir verbrachten 10 sehr entspannte Tage in der liebevoll ausgestatteten Wohnung, in traumhaft ruhiger Lage. Patrizia ist eine sehr freundliche, zugewandte Gastgeberin, gibt Tipps für Unternehmungen, behebt Probleme - heißes Wasser- sofort.
Würde ich sofort weiter empfehlen!

Abbiamo il piacere di trascorrere una piacevole vacanza presso la casa di Patrizia a Rialto e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'atmosfera immersa nel verde è stata davvero rigenerante e rilassante. Sin dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, Patrizia si è dimostrata estremamente gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra.
Un punto di forza notevole della casa di Patrizia è la sua posizione ideale per motociclisti e biker. La possibilità di esplorare le splendide strade panoramiche circostanti è stato un vero piacere per noi appassionati delle due ruote. Inoltre, la vicinanza a luoghi come le grotte di Borgio Verizzi e le cascate delle Libellule blu ha aggiunto ulteriore valore al nostro soggiorno, permettendoci di esplorare diverse attrazioni durante la nostra permanenza.
Un altro aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato è stata la comodità di raggiungere il mare, con Finale Ligure a soli 20 minuti di distanza. Questo ci ha dato l'opportunità di trascorrere del tempo sulla spiaggia e goderci anche il lato marino della zona.
Desidero ringraziare Patrizia e la sua affettuosa cagnolina Jeannie per l'ospitalità calorosa e la cura che hanno dedicato al nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso, la casa di Patrizia a Rialto si è rivelata una scelta eccellente per una vacanza rilassante, avventurosa e indimenticabile.
