The studio has a relaxing outlook with fruit trees, the saltwater pool and a spacious yard, shared with wee Maddie the dog. The location at the Richmond foothills makes a perfect base for enjoying the local mountain biking. You are about 1 km walking distance to the Richmond Mall and Queen Street shops. Only 300 meters to the local dairy/pub and fish/chips shop. Tahuna beach is a 12 minute drive and Rabbit Island 15 minutes. Enjoy a beautiful scenic drive to famous Kaiterteri beach at the beginning of the Abel Tasman National Park where all sorts of activities await from Kayaking, Scenic boat trips and the Kaiterteri Mountain Bike Park. If you desire to go and explore Golden Bay it is a 1.5 hour drive to Takaka. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: *Off street parking available. *Flat site. *Enquire about on site therapeutic massage and sauna.
