The hotel is in a good location. It is modern and clean. They have many different suites. We stayed in the 360 suite. It had a huge terrace and a hot tub. The room was clean and neat, and had 2 bathrooms and a separate living area. The breakfast was included and had plenty to choose from. We ate dinner there 1 night, it was excellent. The beach is across from the hotel. The cons, are that for the best room in the house, there were no amenities, no water, unless you wanted to buy it from the mini bar at 2 euros each. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap. No tissues, no glassware, just plastic cups. They charge 10 euros per person for the beach. I would have gladly paid the extra in the room rate and had yhe hotel cover the fee. Then it wouldn't look so petty. We sat at the pool, they offered no towels. The hot tub was like warm, my husband asked to raise the temp, as it is locked. They did. The restaurant staff was very courteous.

Perfect stay at this cosy and nice hotel. Very clean and tidy. The staff was very supportive and attentive to our needs.perfect breakfast and dinner! Recommended! Giulia, the owner, very amiable and affectionate girl!!! I would come back to Litoraneo definitely!

The hotel is new and the cleanliness exemplary. Although when booking I asked for a room on a higher floor, I received a room on the 1st floor. My child did not sleep at all at night, any noise from the reception area can be heard on the 1st floor even at 11.50 pm it was noisy. The hotel has beach area 51, where a very slow gentleman offered us old, tired beach towels and hardly allocated us the sunbeds. Breakfast is ok and that's it!

Great location just set back from the beach. We had a Rio suite which had both the sea view and a side view - perfect for a family of 4. Modern and clean rooms with a small balcony. Can get noisy outside on the weekend at night but not overly so. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options - hot and cold. We ate dinner at Giusti and Sabbioni - both less than 5 mins walk from hotel and both excellent. What would make it 5 stars? Some complimentary water in the rooms and a kettle for tea/coffee. About a 30 min walk from the train station or an hour walk from the airport - both were ok for us as it wasn't too hot and we had very little luggage so walked down the beach for most of the journey to the airport. A visit to the old town is worthwhile, again around 25 min walk to the central square. We also visited San Marino - tickets can be purchased in the Visit Rimini office in the train station and they take credit card - €6 each way.

After reading the reviews, I was significantly disapointed. We requested to park at the parking on site (as we had our cat with us). When checking in they tried to make us park at the ofsite parking until we reminded that we had requested it - it appears they do not check the notes when checking in. Anyways small issue - but no information was given to us about the beach, breakfast, anything. After unpacking, we tried to get the voucher for the beach - which they coundn't find so we had to return later and go through the whole speach again to get the voucher. Later that evening we requested two pillows. This is the first time in a 4 star hotel where I had to follow someone around to get pillows and then put the pillow cases on. One night I went to get my car, as we wanted to drive somewhere to find it blocked in. Now the price for parking I do not mind paying, but when you can't have access to your car...this is unacceptable. The breakfast is a big let down. One coffee machine for a hotel this size. On average waiting 5 minutes for a coffee. The pool is extremely small for this size. I even wrote an email to the hotel and not a single response, customer service seems to be a bit of a miss here.

Good hotel that has been totally refurnished and elegant style and really good for family, we took the full board and was excellent at all meals different choices with a buffet. Includes as well the banini access in front of the hotel. going there over 15 years and i can always recommend the hotel ans the staff. You will feel home :)

We spent a one great week in Litoraneo hotel. Room was every day very clean. Really spacious room with 2 balconies, shower, minibar,comfortable bed. Hotel has a private beach. We choosed a hlafboard. Breakfast - 100% we did not miss anything. Dinner was realy special. On Saturday was buffet. Then we had to choose for every evening one day before. It Was great to try all these local food - but in another higher level. Antonia - thank you one more time for your kindness, great vine recommendation, morning coffee at the terasse :) great service !!!!! Also i have to thank you Carmine :) always smiling and doing his best for us. Sometimes not the hotel but staff make your stay so special. In this case everything harmonised together.
