Welcome to your peaceful half acre waterfront retreat with a boat slip and dock in the beautiful residential River Bend Community minutes from historic New Bern. Relax on the large, screened, covered porch overlooking the Trent River Canal or inside in front of the gas fireplace if you are feeling like a cozy day. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a gourmet kitchen, smart TV’s, fully equipped laundry room, 2 sleeping suites with Q beds and attached bathrooms with walk-in showers and the spacious upstairs loft room with 2 additional queen beds. The den area to the left of the living room has an additional queen pull out sofa.
Launch right of the dock with your boat or kayak to explore the area, fish or head into New Bern for dinner. Head to Atlantic Beach (only 36 miles away!) Visit the birthplace of Pepsi or the first Governor’s seat of NC, Tyron Palace. 2 kayaks and life jackets available for your use. Well equiped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, close to groceries, Moore's BBQ, downtown New Bern. We were very comfortable. Enjoyed the screened in porch.

New Bern home base
Property is fantastic and set up for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms provide privacy for guests in a family. The kitchen and living area are open for a family gathering. The was immaculately clean. The owners were a pleasure and very communicative. Highly recommend!

excellence
This property fit our family perfectly. The property was spacious enough for our family to spread out and be comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside space as well as the inside space. Being able to look out and see the water was a added bonus and we really appreciated that.
We are so glad the property was available.

Comfortable stay!
My family and extended family, party of 8, stayed for a week. I can say enough about how easy it was to feel at home here. The home is spacious, well appointed, and clean. We were there over the Christmas holiday so we actually used the kitchen a few times. It was helpful to have common spices and an abundance of cooking tools to make it easy. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will return when in New Bern area.

Well Stocked home
We found this home to be comfortable, peaceful and just what we needed. We were in town for a funeral and we completely enjoyed the screened in back area for morning coffee and evening chats. The weather was perfect and we had plenty of room to all hang out. They thought of everything in this house! Thank you
