Casa Modelli

酒店的位置十分優越，重要景點幾乎都可以步行到達，出門三分鐘就是消費街，晚上尤為熱鬧，是旅行入住的好選擇。一家三口，孩子比較大了，入住公寓式旅館還是非常方便的，衞生間足夠大，花灑出水很好，客用品挺好，服務比較熱情。早餐比較簡單，電梯小了點兒，歐洲的旅館大多如此。總之還是非常推薦，下次還會選擇！

We were 2 families and we stayed in 2 different units in mid Mar. Mariel took charge of our booking, arranged taxi for our arrival as well as prepared our daily breakfast. In additions to the Italian breakfast that was served, we had requested for her to cook fried eggs as well as scrambled eggs for us. The breakfast area is at the terrace and there is only a small rope by the side of the wall for you to hold to climb up. The terrace is simply amazing. Oh yes there is a small lift in the building which is very useful as we had big luggage. Trevi Fountain is just a stone throw away (around 5mins walk).

Casa Modelli consists of a very small number of apar**ents/suites (I think around 4nr) spread over five floors of a period 'house/building'. As I said, we loved the place and would recommend to anyone, but I need to give a full, honest opinion. So here we go. My wife and I stayed on the top floor, 2 bed apar**ent. We loved the apar**ent, the location (about 30secs walk to the Trevi Fountain) and most importantly Mariel, who served breakfast each morning, helped with any questions we may have had and always with a smiling face. A real asset to the owners. The entrance to Casa Modelli, is on one of those typical, narrow backstreets you find in Rome. Nothing to get excited about, but don't worry, the apar**ent inside is worth it. You enter through a small set of double doors and are immediately in a small hallway, with white marble floor and plain white painted walls, leading to the stairs. Don't worry, there is a lift, so even getting to the 4th floor is easy. The apar**ent we were in was nicely furnished and clean. Our apar**ent consisted of an open sitting/dining area and small kitchen which led into a very nice size bedroom all with vaulted ceiling. We had our own bathroom and within our apar**ent was another bedroom, again with it's own bathroom. Each bathroom consisted of a shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. Breakfast is served each morning 8am-10am on the roof terrace and consists of cured meats, eggs (omelettes/scrambled & fried egg), yogurts, fresh fruit, beautiful locally baked bread and croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice and great Italian coffee. We stayed in March, but was still warm enough and if the weather is not great, breakfast is brought directly to your room. So, if the owners of Casa Modelli were asking me: ''How could we improve Casa Modelli''? There is only one thing I would comment on: Remember buildings in Rome are old, but in the back area of the apar**ent where the two bathrooms and bedroom 2 are located, there is a standing water smell. Did it bother us? No, but we only used bedroom 1. If we were having to use bedroom 2, I'm not sure if I would be writing quite the same review. Would I go back to Casa Modelli? Absolutely! A lovely, quiet, peaceful place all within the bustle of the great city of Rome.

We had the best 6 night stay at Casa Modelli. Absolutely amazing place. I travelled with my partner and sister and we couldn't ask for any better place. We got the one bedroom suit and it was beautiful comfortable and cosy( better than photos I would say) very nice staff and lovely breakfast. We visited in November when it was a bit chilly but absolutaly enjoyed our rooftop breakfast ..so peaceful and beautiful. Location is just perfect minutes away from lots of attractions. We had a chance to meet the owner and his colleague/ friend over some nicenwine and delicious pasta and had a great time talking to them which was a bonus. We would love to come back.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Located on a quiet street off the Trevi Fountain. Dimple was delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was a nice touch and very convenient. Would stay here again. Grazie.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Modelli. The service with Marial, is like no other! She is helpful, charming, and so accommodating. Location is wonderful. Located at Trevi fountain, within walking distance to all major sites, we walked to the pantheon, Spanish steps, Colosseum!

We are currently staying here and I am so glad we found this place! We will be back to stay here! Absolutely the perfect location! Staff goes above and beyond for you! I look forward to breakfast every morning. We sit on the roof and enjoy fresh squeezed juice, coffee and pastries. The location couldn’t be better. You are close to restaurants, shopping, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. I am going to have a really hard time leaving here. Don’t pass this place up. This place is just amazing! Vasey Family

Very convenient location within 1 block of Trevi Fountain. Casa Modelli is located in one of the busiest tourist sites in Rome and within easy walking distance of numerous other tourist sites. Huge number of restaurants and shops nearby, but all busy. Even though Casa Modelli is very near Trevi Fountain, being tucked into a side street limits the noise and crowd. Being on the 3rd floor also helps. We liked having two separate rooms and bathrooms, and more spacious than hotel rooms in Rome. But please note that Casa Modelli is not a hotel. It is serviced rooms in a typical Rome apar**ent building, with breakfast served out on a roof terrace. Also note, the stairs up to the breakfast terrace is steep with only a rope railing. Be careful if you have mobility problems. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Modelli due to the superb location and spacious rooms, but should mention the limited services. No lobby, no bell services, no room service. The greeter and breakfast provider, Mariel, was excellent. Thank you.
