Rome Armony Suites

First let me say that I traveled internationally for most of my career and I have stayed in hundreds of 5 star hotels with tons of amenities. While this is not a 5 star hotel, Luca and his family provided the best customer service of any hotel I have ever experienced. His dedication to his clients is the best ever, bar none. The room was immaculately clean, well-appointed, with the biggest bed I have ever seen. The location is perfect; close enough to walk to the Vatican, the Spanish steps, and other famous attractions, but in a real neighborhood. It is the perfect balance for those who love to experience cities the way a local experiences them. Luca gave us suggestions for tours and attractions that we never would have considered but are delighted that he told us about. His restaurant recommendations were perfect. We had delicious food at great prices. We were there for a week and we will be coming back before we fly home. When I couldn’t figure out how to book a train ticket online (Italian train tickets are clunky using their website and hard to understand) Luca handled it all for me before I even arrived. His knowledge of the city and its attractions is invaluable and his patience and kindness are unparalleled. I told him that I had read a negative review and fell in love with him based upon his intelligent and hilarious response. Clearly the person writing that review was a jealous competitor. If the rating scale goes to 5 stars, this place is a solid 10. We feel like we have made a friend for life. If you are considering this hotel for your trip to Rome, book now. You will be elated that you made the right choice!

The hotelier Luca is the best. Prati section is the best IMHO. A safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants and 10 min walk to the Vatican. My family stayed over by Train Terminal where it’s very busy. No thank you. Believe all the positive reviews. Ciao

This was an excellent stay for our 25th anniversary! Nice location in calmer neighborhood within walking distance to Castel Sant' Angelo, Vatican Musuem, and great restaurants. The room and amenities were very comfortable, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The welcoming hospitality exceeded expectations! Good communication by Luca and Andrea even before our arrival to make sure things were ready. Upon arrival, Luca was so helpful and caring to ensure our stay was the best! Thank you for helping to make our visit memorable! From dining/attraction recommendations to setting-up direct transportation to the airport - we appreciate your kindness and attention to detail, Luca. Everything was perfect!

From the moment we arrived in Rome we knew we were in the hub of everything at this amazing hotel! We walked everywhere and were able to get to all of our destinations easily and at the end of the day were greeted with clean quiet rooms and comfortable beds! Day one Andrea was in touch, making sure he was there to welcome us. He and his father Lucca continued that hospitality all throughout our stay. Great recommendations for dinner, things to do or not do and tips on navigating the city! Lucca and Andrea, if we are back in Rome, we will see you both!!!

My wife and I had the great pleasure of staying at the Rome Armony Suites for nine nights in April 2024. As already indicated in the tremendous number of excellent TripAdvisor reviews, this guest house is extremely well located and provided us a restful oasis during our Roman holiday. Our large and quiet room was perfectly comfortable, with its high-quality mattress ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Rome or our day trip destinations and a well-appointed bathroom with reliable hot water and great water pressure. We appreciated that our room was cleaned and bottled water replenished daily. In short, the room was exactly as pictured on the website and provided us with everything we needed. We highly recommend Rome Armony Suites. We couldn’t have been happier with its proximity to fantastic coffee bars, restaurants, gelaterias, pizzerias as well as a wonderful array of shops. The rest of Rome is easily accessible either on foot or public transit. Even more important than any of these features of Rome Armony Suites, what made this one of our best vacations ever was the incredible hospitality of Luca and his son, Andrea. We have never received such tremendously thoughtful and personal service in any other hotel. Both Luca and Andrea were exceptionally responsive from the moment we contacted them before leaving home and throughout our stay. Luca arranged for transportation from the airport when we arrived and he and Andrea were constant sources of expert guidance of where to eat delicious Roman specialties and recommended hidden gems not to be missed in Rome and beyond. Not even in five star establishments could one hope to receive better service. Luca even helped us secure train and concert tickets and provided us with advice about several day trips, too. Do not hesitate to reserve your stay at this very special guest house!

Luca was an amazing owner and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and nice and a fantastic location. He handled all questions and helped us with anything we asked. The location was so close to the Vatican and the Spanish steps that we were able to walk everywhere!
