The location is very convenient, close to all types of transportation. A lot of restaurants nearby. Helpful host but you will need to contact them upon or before your arrival to avoid waiting. The room is not very new nor big but with this price we considered it as good value.

Customer service was unacceptable. The heater does not heat up the entire room for starters there was no Wi-Fi. We had to go and walk to a back room to get a Wi-Fi code and by the time you walk away, it’s still doesn’t work. We let staff know about this on day one and just continued getting the runaround. We did not have any Wi-Fi for the entire stay. we had to wait until we went to restaurants to get Wi-Fi to keep in touch with our family. We were told that we would get a 10% refund which is unacceptable. When we spent $1000 on a unit you expect it to be comfortable and have all the amenities you paid for. There were a few times where the door knob fell right off the door and we have to put it back on ourselves. I spoke to customer service after our stay and told him how disappointed we were and they said how much of a refund do you think we should get. I requested 25% for my wife and I which they agreed on today is May 19 and we still have not received a refund. I waited before posting this in hopes that they would respond, but they told us everything from needing a PayPal, we gave the information still nothing. then The reason why they haven’t sent the refund is because it was a holiday. We waited, but three weeks later I told them this is unacceptable. my first international vacation on my honeymoon was not good from a hotel standpoint. We ended up having to get the bank and involved so they would honor their promise of a refund. Also, there is not a receptionist or staff available 24 hours a day so if you run out of toilet paper, you’re just stuck.

Opera Dreams liegt an einer Top Lage. 15 minuten zum Colloseum, 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof etc. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Bett war Bequem und das Badezimmer Neu Renoviert. Hatten alles was wir brauchen für einen Städte Trip. Bei Fragen Kann man sich Per whatsapp melden.

Pessima gestione del cliente. Il giorno del mio rientro a Milano dimentico il caricatore in stanza. Alle 13.53 li avviso. Rispondono subito - all'inizio - poi più nulla. Si rifanno vivi alle 17.15 (su mio sollecito) dicendomi che quella sera avrebbero mandato qualcuno a controllare. Li avviso che alle 20.05 avrei avuto il treno e che sarei potuta passare da loro entro le 19.30. Mai più sentiti nonostante messaggi e telefonate. Sono tornata a Milano senza il caricatore. Li ricontatto. Seguono una serie di messaggi ridicoli. Mi mandano la foto del caricatore e mi dicono che l'avrebbero recuperato quel giorno (chi ha fatto la foto non poteva prenderlo?). Il giorno dopo (lunedì), sempre su mio sollecito, mi rispondono che non sono riusciti a prenderlo perchè i nuovi clienti - arrivati subito dopo di me (che sono andata via domenica) - hanno messo "non disturbare" sulla porta (ma se il giorno prima mi hanno mandato la foto qualcuno nella camera ci è entrato...). Arriviamo a martedì e il caricatore è sempre nella stanza. Il 7/6 (mercoledì) chiedo se sono riusciti a recuperarlo e di spedirmelo a loro spese (visti i tempi biblici). Ovviamente mi rispondono che loro non fanno spedizioni...L'8/6 (giovedì) mi dicono che l'indomani (!!!???) avrebbero proceduto al recupero perchè hanno avuto giornate molto impegnative (ma se avessi dimenticato i documenti o delle medicine????). Il 9/6 (venerdì) mi dicono che posso organizzare il ritiro (io), mi danno i loro orari e mi dicono che sono aperti anche nel weekend. Organizzo il ritiro per il weekend, li avviso ma, ahimè, il caricabatteria è ancora in albergo e non nei loro uffici!!! Sposto la prenotazione a lunedì 12/6 e, di nuovo, mi dicono che contano di recuperarlo per lunedì...Assurdo. Alla fine ( e dopo una settimana di messaggi e di tempistiche allucinanti da parte loro) il caricatore era in viaggio verso casa. Altre info utili: anche se si presentano come B&B e hanno la saletta attrezzata con le tazze, la colazione non la fanno (l'ho chiesto e mi hanno risposto che dopo il Covid non la fanno più. Togliete il servizio dal nome) e non hanno convenzioni con i bar intorno (o, se le hanno, non ce le hanno riferite, cosa che, al cliente, andrebbe detta). Essendo il weekend del 2 giugno abbiamo pagato uno sproposito per il servizio offerto (nulla se non il bagno e il letto). Da non tornarci più.

Correcto, tipo B&B. No hay servicio de desayuno ni personal de atención. La habitación limpia y espaciosa pero tuvimos que esperar cuando llegamos ya que no había nadie que nos atendiera. Para pasar unis días en Roma está bien. Cerca de Termini y metro. Ni se os ocurra desayunar en la cafetería de al lado, estafadores.

Presi accordi per il check-in per esigenze loro: non si fanno trovare e devo attendere a lungo perché arrivino. Ho subito un furto: nessuna assistenza. Non rispondono al telefono o addirittura buttano giù la linea.
