I will share my honest opinion here. I booked this non-refundable hotel on ***********. After booking, I received the following information from the hotel: - The bed is obviously a small double bed 130 cm wide. - Towels and soap are not included (this is mentioned on booking listing but the actual cost is not). To have a bigger bed and towels, you have to pay 35 EUR/day extra. - Check-in is impossible after 10 pm although during my booking, I made a special request for late check-in (since it was possible to check-in till midnight according to *********** for an extra fee and after discussing this with the hotel). Once I received the e-mail concerning the additional paid options and check-in rules, I pointed out to the hotel that it's not fair not to put all this information before the reservation. Not doing so is hidden information (I have proof that this information did not appear before booking, even though the hotel insists that it did). If I had been aware of all these paid options beforehand and the check-in rules, I certainly wouldn't have booked. This probably offended the hotel, which simply made me understand that these are options and I don't need to take them, and besides that, check-in closes at 8pm (ignoring my special request). I called the hotel and they hung up on me. I called booking customer service, and the person I spoke to agreed with me that there was a slight lack of transparency in the listing, so even though the booking was non-refundable, they would make an exceptional request for a free cancellation. The hotel ignored the request (the money has to come in of course) yet they sent me a multitude of emails in parallel. In the end, I couldn't check in and of course after midnight, the hotel told *********** that I didn't show up. This is my terrible experience with this hotel. We all work hard to earn money, so it's completely unfair to have such practices.
