Сам отель действительно хорош за свою цену, номера чистые, на ресепшене отличное обслуживание, а на территории отеля есть хороший ресторан. Однако идти пешком от метро/автобусной остановки может быть довольно устрашающе, особенно ночью

Худший опыт, когда я приезжаю в отель, мне говорят, что у меня нет брони, я был до часу ночи без номера и в итоге с меня просят залог в размере 200 евро, пока вопрос не прояснится. но мой банк сообщает мне, что с меня взяли 200 евро, а я нет. Они удержали… теперь у меня нет денег на этот отель

расположение не очень хорошее, далеко от автобусной/железнодорожной станции и очень опасно ночью без света, не говоря уже о плохом состоянии дороги, которая не ровная для движения троллейбуса хотя завтрак нормальный n забыл упомянуть, что с меня взимали 6 евро за ночь в качестве налога, не уверен, что это правильно, так как я не получил никакого уведомления, когда бронировал номер. думаю, это дорого за 6 за ночь

Мы приехали поздно из-за задержки рейса, нас встретил приветливый персонал. Наш номер был чистым, удобным и лучше, чем ожидалось. Мы не ожидали ежедневной уборки номера, но получили ее. Наше пребывание было очень приятным. Мы остановились бы здесь снова.

Not convenient place and need to take around 45 mins to centre. The breakfast is ok.

Disappointed with our stay We were very disappointed with our stay at your hotel. There was no kettle in the room, which made it difficult to have a warm drink when we needed it. The room was cold, and we couldn’t control the temperature ourselves. We had to contact reception, but even after that, the room didn’t get any warmer. No public transportation nearby. Shuttle is not available. Personal is okay, problem with management. On top of that, the bedding was uncomfortable. The duvet was very thin, and instead of using a proper duvet cover, there were two flat sheets wrapped around it. These kept slipping off during the night, leaving us exposed and making it even harder to stay warm. As a result, we spent two very cold nights and ended up catching colds. This was really disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of your standard. We hope you address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

Personale gentilissimo e pulizia impeccabile... ottima posizione per chi deve recarsi al Centro Congressi Aurelia... per quello che serviva a me, perfetto

Las instalaciones deberían remarcar que la piscina cierra los lunes y el gimnasio no lo vimos pero tengo que remarcar que el desayuno estaba muy bien elaborado y las habitaciones muy cómodas

The rudest staff I have ever encountered and I travel all over the world. they treated us like second hand citizens. Just Aweful. Food was terrible and stale. I didnt think it was possible to get stale bake goods in itally but somehow they achieved it. Front desk staff during the morning on 4/9/25 was so rude it was unbelievable. She actually yellled at me for taking some tap water from the lobby. Tried to eat dinner at the restaurant it seemed to be an inconvenience for the waiter to wait on us. Never brought us water and wouldn’t bring us a check. Had to go to the front desk to actually pay the bill. STAY CLEAR !

Terrible, don’t waste your money. They only have one triple acommodation and now, we’re five families sleeping in a double room with a bed with no space to walk through. Terrible, we don’t recommend it. It’s impossible to thing that they don’t empathize with the guests

The worst services!! Estuvimos dos dias y recibimos una pésima atención por parte del personal desde que llegamos en recepción, en el restaurante había muy mala comida y los meseros tenían muy mal modo, pagamos bufete el cual se acabó la comida y no volvieron a poner más siendo que faltaba gente por comer aún.

We booked this hotel as a package through love holidays as a family weekend break with our older teenage children. The hotel is 30 mins from Ciampino airport not the stated 60 mins on the website-that’s as good as it gets I’m afraid! Staff extremely rude, inattentive and clearly not fans of the English clientele! Bathroom mouldy, shower tiny (supposed wet room), walls have scuff marks all over and have clearly not been painted for some time, only one pillow available and bed is a thin mattress on an MDF board. Downstairs rooms we stayed in had no terrace/balcony and next to restaurant which was separated by a piece of MDF (noise begins at 6am when they are setting up for breakfast and ends at midnight when what felt like the staff chose to have their catch ups outside the door of our room well passed midnight every night. Air conditioning controlled by the main reception which only works for 4 minute blasts, the weather was + 30 degrees for the duration of our stay and our room had no opening windows. Centre of Rome is not the stated short distance but is 30 mins in a taxi which costs 30 euros each way Bus stop is the other side of a dual carriageway and is around a 15 minute walk, you would then need to get to the metro and navigate that to get to the tourist destinations. The shop is not the stated 100m away and more like 1 mile along an extremely unsavoury area littered with what I will describe as used male contraception amongst lots of other rubbish! There is NO gym as stated, the staff were extremely rude when questioned on this fact! The pool opened on the second day of our visit and is very nice-when open! There is also a weird rule that to enter the pool you need to purchase a swimming cap from behind reception for 3 euro each! Bar not open until 6pm-that’s if the bar man decides to turn up and the reception staff refused to serve us until he did turn up at around 7pm, staff also note down against your room number what you have bought from the bar-bizarre! No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the room Breakfast is awful-a few pastries, some coffee and watered down juice Wi-Fi non existent, you can get some signal if you sit by the pool-which as I stated is not always open and locked with a bike lock. I might add that I’ve never ever complained about a hotel we have ever stayed in around the world but I would hate for another family/group to have the same experience as us. This is allegedly classed as a 4*, it is a 2* at a push! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

This hotel claims to be 4 star ! It’s location is terrible. Well outside of Rome in the middle of nowhere. You’ll need to pay for taxis back and forth. The staff were terrible to deal with, not one of them helpful or even cracked a smile. We were charged 18 euros each for a “buffet” which consisted of two pots of cold pasta and bit of bread with cheese on it. The pool, sauna and gym which they supposedly have, were non existent. The beds were wooden boards with thin mats on top. The aircon is controlled by the reception area so we had no control when it was either too hot or too cold. Pillows were dreadful to sleep with. Dirty sheets. WiFi didn’t work. Avoid this place at all costs !!!!
