Youth Station Hostel

The host is great. The beds are clean, and everyone was super friendly. The hostel is right next to a good supermarket and great restaurants and pizzerias. I’ve stayed in Rome before, so this was def the best hostel. I’d def return. Really good kitchen! Daje! 🔝

So all in all I had a good experience during my stay. However, the only problem was their shady cash transaction. They didn't accept a credit card and insisted that I pay in cash (which costed me more forex). Secondly , they just gave me a pay slip for a different date, and did not even bother giving me a proper invoice. It maybe a decent place but not very professional in terms of their management. Don't book if you're travelling on business.

The place was moist and smelled like mould. The host came in to our room of all girls several times in the night to talk or ask questions, using his key card. Very uncomfortable. Came in when we were sleeping, in pjs, and when we had showered. Even poked a girl who was sleeping. Would not recommend.

This must be one of the worst hostels I've ever been. Also, there was an issue with my booking (I let you guys judge who's right or wrong). Details at the end (long story). Pros: friendly staff (except the manager), good location (next to metro, and supermarket), and in the quiet neighbourhood. Cons: shower: doesn't work and broken. I stayed in two rooms and both have some issues. Noisy: the manager kept checking people in after midnight, in and out of the room several times. Room: no ladder for the 8-bed mixed room; they provided one chair for me to climb up (a chair is not high enough and very slippery). Issue: Both hostelworld and hotels had the same price for 6 bed mixed dorm, and I booked through hotels for point accumulation for 3 nights. When I checked in, they didn't have my reservation, so the male reception (very apologetic) moved me to 8 bed temporarily, and said would moved me the next day. No availability next day. But, on my last night, the female reception said I could now moved to 6 bed one. I said it's unfair as I paid 6-bed from beginning, and there is no point of moving on my last night, and I asked to be refunded for the difference. The manager came and said my booking didn't specify how many beds (yup, this is ********** fault), and said it's my fault not booking through hostelworld. So, my argument is so the hostel can put you to another room regardless of how much you paid, and not on the equivalent value of

The bedrooms are right next to the kitchen, very poorly insulated and the staff and customers make a mess all night. There is very little hot water in the showers and finally: a client complained to me because one of the members of the reception frightened her, yelled at her or even spied on her. I do not recommend this hostel at all, uncomfortable for such a high price and so disrespectful of its customers.

Je suis venue avec mes parents. Le patron m'a hurlé dessus pour me dire que ce n'était pas le coin des retraités et qu'il ne pouvait pas nous prendre. Il a interpelé 4 jeunes en leur demandant leur âge et en me disant "hein, tu vois, ils sont jeunes!" On avait pourtant réservé. Il était 20h, je n'avais nulle part ou aller et ma mère a un handicap. Il nous a accepté parce que je me suis mise à pleurer mais il a annulé ma réservation en ligne et m'a demandé de payer en espèce et 100€ plus cher que ce que j'avais réservé. Cet homme a été odieux et humiliant. Ses employés sont adorables mais fuyez cette auberge à tout prix.

Quella in questo ostello è stata la mia peggiore esperienza a livello alberghiero della mia vita! Letto e lenzuola sporchissime. Bagno sporco, l'addetto alla receptionist vestito come uno straccione. Vive li nell'ostello dormiva nella mia camerata e di notte venivano alcuni clienti da lui a lamentarsi ad alta voce, disturbando quindi gli altri ospiti della camerata. Si trovano poi tazze e bicchieri sporchi lasciati dagli ospiti sul tavolo negli ambienti comuni. Mai visto tanta sporcizia e sudiciume in una struttura alberghiera benché fosse un'ostello. Evitatelo anche a costo di spendere un po' di più.

Sin duda el equipo que trabaja y la gente que se aloja en el hostel hacen que la estadía sea muy buena
