Eisenhut Hotel

酒店內有好多畫，非常有藝術氣息。而且房間是用鎖匙開門，非常特別。房間雖然包露台，但露台可以連結其餘2間房，呢點要特別注意要關好露台門同關好窗簾。另外，房間沒有冷氣，夜晚要開風扇先唔好焗。整體滿意

歴史を感じさせる重厚な雰囲気は良いのだが、部屋の鍵が独特で、開け方、閉め方のコツがなかなかつかめなかった。

We booked two nights at this hotel. Before arriving we saw a special for a Valentine's arrangement (room, dinner, and breakfast) and inquired by email about adding. The email was never answered for 2 days. When we arrived we inquired and they stated we could add on the special (in my email and in person I asked about moving rooms for last night as we were in a deluxe and the special included standard room). We were told on both occasions by front desk staff that it had been arranged and we could stay in our current room. We asked again the next day about moving to comply with special and were told to remain in our room. When we went to check out the woman at the desk stated we owed 30 additional euros due to upgraded room. We explained the situation and confirmation with colleagues but she stated we would not be permitted to LEAVE the hotel until we paid. Our freedom and vacation were held for ransom. In addition, she stated she was the only person on staff on a busy Saturday morning so there was no one to speak with except her. Needless to say, we had to pay to avoid an even more embarrassing situation and the police being called so we could catch our train. Our stay at the hotel was nice to this point but being embarrassed in front of a room full of people checking out and being told we could Not Leave the Hotel until we paid has left us with a very bad experience. We caution you if you stay at this hotel as each staff member seems to operate independently and if it is on the computer (reservation staff said we owed so no logic could be applied) then it must be true. Decent hotel but very poor staffing. We will be writing the hotel directly but not a good look for a hotel trying to make a new appearance on the stage.
