At the house, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals, while the polished concrete floors with underfloor heating provide a touch of luxury and warmth. The open living spaces lead to a stunning outdoor sunken lounge with a cosy fire, and a covered deck with outdoor seating and BBQ, making it easy to relax after a day of adventure.
For cyclists, there's a lockable outdoor shed with power to charge up to 4 e-bikes, so you can easily keep your gear ready for your next ride.
With a restaurant, pub, and takeaways just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll have plenty of dining options nearby.
A short 5 minute drive can take you to the stunning Tikitapu/Blue lake for a dip to cool off after your adventures.

You'll have full use of the entire house. No access to the attached garage unless specifically requested for storage of items. The garage contains personal items.
Please note: There is a large internal staircase. Children will need to be supervised around this.
There are no blinds in the upstairs bedrooms. It is private, you just won’t be able to block out the daylight.
AC is only upstairs in the master bedroom. Upstairs can get hot in the summer. Fans are provided in each bedroom in the wardrobes.
One towel per guest supplied. Please do not use the bath towels for the lakes or hot pools. There are old towels provided in the linen cupboard for this.
Neighbours are in close proximity so please be mindful of outside noise.
