Customer services is acceptable but no kettle provided. Hair dryer is borrowed from reception. The room Wifi is not stable.

It was good for one night stay, great location! Pretty quick and easy check-in!

The service was so nice,also like the fact that it’s in the centre of the city.

The room is simple, the bedding is fresh and clean.

部屋は問題なく綺麗でした。周りはお店だらけでahが近くなのも便利です。ただ、ドライヤーがないので女性は気をつけたほうがいいです。

飯店地點靠近地鐵站搭車前往各景點非常便捷, 週遭附近很熱鬧. 有很多大型賣場,百貨公司,餐廳,超市和便利店, 三人房空間寬敞而且乾淨.

The hotel cancelled my reservation without contacting me about it. I only found out in advance by coincidence. The reception later told that someone in the office notified *******, even though I booked via Hotels. Maybe I should actually be happy that I was not to stay there :D

Good morning my name is Suzan Baroud I am room number 419 I am In shocked with the room and in shocked with the price that I payed …. First of all what I saw pictures on the website it is not the same what I checked in yesterday … second me and my mom we are 2 persons we do not have even space to walk or even space to put our luggage or even space to anything and open the luggage’s was IMPOSSIBLE … when we pass over the 2 beds we cannot even pass all 2 beds falled down the floor it is very shamed What happened with us … second thing there was NOO TOWELS so we canT make a douche … I need to go down so they can give me towels … and about the money that a payed 223 euro it is not worth it I am very very disappointed with that hotel I will send you an another pictures to show you guys that is not possible what happened…. Till today I am in shocked what happens with us … I really really need somebody to talk to me EVEN AN OWNER OF THAT HOTEL TO TELL HIM THE ORGANIZATION OF ARCHITECT THAT PAINT THIS HOTEL IS AN ANIMAL BUT URGENT SOMEBODY TO TALK WITH … they give me tha WIFII EVEN THAT IS NOT WORKING GOOD …! I am very upset that I payed 223 euro a day for that room and I get a MISSERABLE ROOM !

I don’t like being negative, but sometimes positivity is difficult to find. We stayed in the EasyHotel as part of a trip to Amsterdam and Rotterdam recently. Positives, the staff were polite and moderately helpful and our room was clean but there’s not much beyond that. Our “double” room had very limited space, it wasn’t that big at all. In fact the biggest space in the room was the dead space between the bed and the window. To get to this space you had to fight your way through the four inches of space between the foot of the bed and the concrete wall. It could have been better, a little more thought would have worked. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were almost empty bags. I left decidedly unimpressed, that impression heightened when our friend realised that she’d left her ear pods behind, ear pods that were later spotted via her tracker moving away from the centre of Rotterdam. Not a great hotel and cleaning staff that obviously lift anything they see lying! This hotel was labelled as budget, even knocking €50 off the cost it would still be overpriced. Maybe we were unlucky with our room but you can only comment on what you get. Would not recommend this hotel.

I went to Rotterdam to visits some relatives of mine for a wedding and this was a good location for me to be close to my family and in the city center. The shops are literally behind the hotel and there are so many restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend if you don’t need luxury and just a hotel room on a budget.
