Прекрасный прием, мы приехали слишком рано, но смогли оставить сумку на стойке регистрации отеля напротив Эммы. Нам сделали апгрейд, очень довольны. Отель идеально расположен в центре города, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от всех возможных ресторанов и магазинов. Комната была идеальна, замечательная кровать, мощный душ и вкусный кофе. Нас также хорошо обслуживали в цифровом формате, отличное телевидение с простой связью с вашим телефоном для кастинга. Динамики также были просты в эксплуатации. Короче говоря: очень доволен этим отелем.

Хороший отель, чтобы остановиться на несколько ночей. Расположен в центре, что очень удобно для короткой поездки по городу. Замечательно, что вы можете использовать Chromecast.

The hotel give a very good service and very comfortable. We're able to wait in the hotel before we go and depart to the train station. It's very helpful on winter season when it's quite cold outside.

People there were so nice, kind and friendly. Very cute place. The location is very convenient. A station is exactly in front of the hotel and just some mins walk you can have nice coffee shops and restaurants.

Très bon emplacement. L’hôtel est dans le centre ville. Beaucoup de bruit dans la nuit. Pour accéder à la chambre d’hôtel, il faut se placer à l’hôtel Emma afin de récupérer la carte.

Отель похож на пристройку к отелю Emma в Роттердаме (2 минуты ходьбы от Umplugged). Комната очень мило оформлена и чиста, а матрас невероятно удобный. Расположение также очень удобное: недалеко от станции метро и в 10 минутах ходьбы от центрального вокзала Роттердама. Рядом также есть улица с барами и хорошими местами для позднего завтрака. Мы с моим парнем забронировали отель всего на одну ночь после концерта в Rotterdam Ahoy, но на самом деле это было действительно хорошее место, чтобы остаться подольше! :)

Комната была такой, как показано на фотографиях, расположена в задней части здания и при этом очень тихая. Расположение отеля отличное, и тот факт, что нам пришлось заселиться/выехать из их отеля-партнера на другой стороне площади, не был для нас проблемой. Все сотрудники были очень полезны и дружелюбны.

As mentioned by others, you will need to check in at the nearby (across the road) Hotel Emma. I was early for my check-in, and when I arrived at Hotel Emma, the older gentleman behind the counter, had started to walk away from me, even though he saw me walk in! He gave me the most unpleasant look, as if I had rudly interrupted his day. He was most unpleasant and very dismissive, even though I acknowledge that I was very early for check-in. I politely asked if it was possible to check in early. But I was gruffly informed that check-in is at 2pm. I asked if I could leave my bags, and I was told, yes, that is possible. As I was about to walk out and explore the city, I said thank you and asked for his name. His response was, "None of your business." I then told him my name, in the hope of soliciting a more appropriate response, to which he then "Ziggy Star Dust", to which I said "Oh!" He then told me his name - Mario. All of this initial encounter was very unpleasant, rude, and unnecessary. After my exploration of the city, and after my return to Hotel Emma well after 2pm, I was greeted by another more responsive gentleman who was most helpful. By that stage, Mario, who was nearby, had changed his tune and was jolly. But sadly, that was too late for first impressions! The room I had faced the rear courtyard and was light and bright and very clean. The bathroom had a strange sewer smell the entire time I stayed in the hotel. I was on the "ground floor," which is up 7 or 10 steps off the street. The bed and linen were most comfortable and plentiful. The mirror in the bathroom and main room were hung too high. I am not a short guy, but any short people would struggle to see themselves in the mirror. The room I had, had the hand-held shower nozzle removed for some unknown reason, and I only had the rain head shower. I was unable to turn off the light in the mirror in the bathroom, which if you want darkness at night, you'd need to close the door into the bedroom. There are no sheer curtains or blinds, only the block-out drapes on the windows. Be aware that everyone outside can see right into your room. So, there is a lack of privacy. The communal kitchen area was a pleasant surprise, but there were not enough mugs to make tea/coffee and there were only specialist teas available, nothing plain and simple like an English Breakfast, which was unfortunate.

Some of the rooms are in a basement / ground level overlooking a very busy road with heavy traffic and trams, where the hotel is placed. I booked, without knowing, a “budget” room with these characteristics. Though the window insulation is good, it’s not enough to drown the noise. The third night of my stay I was placed in other room, more silent, but which had a strong odour of fungi?/ sewage coming from the bathroom that was overpowering by the end of the night. The bed is just okay, soft with an over mattress. The pillows were more like cushions and quite lumpy. The hygiene level is not the best. The textiles in cushions, curtains and bed board weren’t very clean. Cushions covers and curtains have definitely not been washed or cleaned in a while. To check in you have to cross this busy road to a sister Hotel “Emma” where you get the key. It has a common coffee area with a fridge which was a good point. The staff is very nice though, especially at the sister hotel Emma.

Vriendelijk en belangstellend personeel. Schone en compacte kamers die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Het bewijs dat hotelkamers niet altijd groot hoeven te zijn om comfortabel te zijn. Hotel heel centraal in het centrum en dag voor die prijs. Topverblijf gehad, komen hier zeker terug!

De kamer is uitzonderlijk klein. Echt alleen een bed die tussen de muur geklemd staat en los een badkamertje. Receptie bij hotel Emma. Ontbijt bij ontbijttentje om de hoek wel heel gezellig plekje met goede koffie. Dat dan weer wel

Schönes Hotel, aber keine Ansprechperson. Nur eine Putzfrau die uns beim Einchecken geholfen hat. Die Klimaanlage ist schon Tagelang kaputt. In den Zimmern hat es 28 Grad. Das Fenster ist nur zum kippen aufzumachen. Morgens steht bis Mittags voll die Sonne auf dem Fenster. Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Inge
