Connor Rebecca Carys Amber and Toby - wonderful and accommodating team - really well looked after during Storm Darragh - felt like home and rooms really well appointed - big thanks from all my team - 6 of us staying in 6 rooms for business and it was lovely to stay an extra night due to weather & have a proper relaxed evening xxxxxxx ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and an extra star 🌟 because of the classic mini. I have one in red 😂

We booked this hotel on an unexpected family bereavement. When booking this so quickly I didn’t check if there was a bath, unfortunately there wasn't and being in the frame of mind I was in, all I wanted was a bath. When going to ask if I was able to swap rooms due to the circumstances there was no debate, Carys and Rebecca changed the room with no hesitation. They were so so lovely and generous in my time of need. They made my experience as comfortable as it could be at such a difficult time.

Great value for money, hotel was clean, room was great.breakfast was spot on and very friendly staff. Highly recommend if you’re staying in St David’s. St David’s city is within walking distance from the hotel and lots to see and do in st David’s

Rooms are clean , bed is very comfortable but the Tv is hopeless and took about ten seconds to change channels . Bar and restaurant was freezing and had to ask for the heating to be turned on in November ! . Breakfast was nothing special and wouldn't book that again

Great place to stay, I was here for 2 days and can't fault it. I don't know how long it's been here but the place looks like it's brand new. Very comfortable beds in an excellent room with a good bathroom. A nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor with reasonably priced food. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Excellent hotel and close to the centre , walk in 10 minutes. Staff very friendly, food was excellent, room was large and clean. Plenty of parking spaces so worth staying at this wonderful hotel. All premier inns ahoy have free parking like this one

The location and the amenities are great. The city is a short walk away. Breakfast was fine if a little surly and the evening meal was a poor experience due to staffing and issues in the kitchen that were not made clear until I had, had to wait for a considerable time.

Nice, newly built by the look of it Premier Inn. Car parking spaces are wider than other PI I've stayed at. Just ensure that you enter your car registration number into the touchscreen just inside the door on arrival to avoid parking tickets as ANPR camera's will get you. Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that but seemed quiet when going through reception. Lift is available, vending machines, extra tea, coffee, sugar etc supplies in reception wherever you need more. Clean rooms, mains and USB sockets either side of the bed too. Decent shower with liquid soaps provided.

Had an unbelievable dinner last night Monday 28th October, the service from Jeanette was absolutely outstanding felt like I was in the shard, not the premier inn in Wales. Was a smooth experience dining n sleeping. Thank you for a great experience Thank you to the Chef, jeantte & management
