Logis Hotel le Parc & Spa

The hotel is beautiful. Anyway they say this is a 4stars hotel but the service is not corresponding to that rating. Breakfast costs 20 eur for person and that is really expensive as the breakfast is soo poor. I have had a poorost breakfast in this hotel. This is really sad fact. The other point is the shower that the water does not flow properly in the afternoon. It is a shame, because interior is really nice.

Abs0olutely wonderful! 5* for everything, the staff were great and happy to go out of their way, The room was very well appointed, the bed comfortable, the shower also good. The pool was sparkling, very large and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, particularly tasty with good, hot coffee in a pot brought to the table. The hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated. Absolutely great!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while we were visiting the Alsace region. We were very impressed with everything about it. The first thing to impress was the view from the room and the balcony. We could see Chateau Haut Konisberg from our room. The rooms were clean with classy black windowed bathroom - with a curtain if you prefer. Very modern. I enjoyed a swim in the spa pool each day which wasnt too small and also not very busy most of the time. Robes and slippers were provided and towels were at the poolside. Unusual for French hotels the breakfast was really good with an excellent choice. I personally cannot eat breads or pastries but was able to enjoy a bowl of mixed fruit of my choice (strawberries, cherries and melon) topped with an actimel yoghurt or a plain yoghurt. This was followed by a boiled egg which was do it yourself and some cheese. There was a refrigerator with plates of mixed cold meats or mixed cheeses. Just one downside was one day someone in the kitchen was using a machine which was really loud and annoying. I know they had to work but there was a door that could have been closed. Just a small thing. During our stay we ate 2 nights in the Winstub bistro style restaurant serving Alsace specialities like choucrute with all the trimmings alongside French food. As I was not feeling well during the trip I probably didnt make the most of the food but very much enjoyed what I had. On the final evening we ate in the restaurant gastromonique Le Josephine. It was quite formal considering it was just next door to the Winstub and the same staff. However, we were disappointed. Having ordered an apero and then placing our food order we waited for 55 minutes for the food to arrive. During this time I wanted to make my wine order and sat with a massive black book in front of me for nearly 40 minutes before I could attract the attention of the wine waiter. When my food finally arrived it was not what I had ordered and was swiftly taken away and thankfully I didnt have to wait another hour for my actual meal to arrive. I would have ordered another glass of wine to go with the dessert but the wine waiter was so busy flouncing around the tables that had ordered the gastronomique 7 course meal with wines and he was doing his tasting experience thing, swirling the wine, sniffing the wine etc, so no-one else was being served unless you were having that too. However, I did complain about this when we checked out so I have not let it influence my score. The hotel was wonderful as were the staff but I wouldnt eat in the Josephine again. There are lots of other places to eat in the town.

Nous avions reçus un bon cadeau pour repas le soir, la chambre et le petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait, repas excellent, beau cadre, belle chambre, excellent petit déjeuner. Sauf que notre chambre était située juste à côté de la machinerie de la ventilation de la cuisine !! Malheureusement j'ai une phobie du bruit. Il y avait un bourdonnement continu dans la chambre, mais heureusement pas la nuit. Même si nous n'avons pas passé la journée dans la chambre, j'ai trouvé ça très désagréable, surtout au prix payé par nos amis qui nous avaient offert ce week-end. J'espère juste que ces chambres ne sont pas réservées aux gens de passage comme nous ?

cela fait plusieur fois que nous sommes allés dans cette établissement normal Très bien mais le dernier séjour de 4 jours nous sommes très déçu le premier jour le chauffe serviette ne fonctionne pas impossible de sècher les maillots de bain nous le signalons le même jour mais le jour du départ toujours pas réparer la piscine Divers jet ne fonctionne pas et le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas nous avons voulu faire plaisir à nos invités mais ce fut la déception heureusement que le personnel du restaurant était très sympa ce qui nous a donné du baume au cœur

Séjour dans le cadre d'un petit break détente. Nous nous réjouissions de profiter du SPA, notamment de la piscine et du jacuzzi. La piscine est très ordinaire dans un cadre assez basique et surtout le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait, soit disant en panne depuis la matinée. Ceci ne semblait émouvoir personne dans le personnel, c'est comme ça, on y peut rien, et c'est de façon assez hautaine que nous avons été éconduits quand on a suggéré un petit geste commercial. Bien sûr la chambre était de qualité bien que pas moyen de réguler la température élevée, le cadre de la Winstub magnifique et la qualité des plats très bonne mais nous ne pouvons pas envisager de revenir après ce manque de considération et la non-adéquation entre ce qui est affichée et la réalité au niveau des infrastructures.
