For shared use: property 2'700 m2, well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Poolhouse, table tennis, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.
