Private: natural state property 1'935 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.). Pool house with shower and WC. In the house: WiFi. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.6 km, railway station "Saint-Raphael TGV" 20 km, sandy beach "Centre-ville 2km et La Nartelle" 3 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Les Issambres" 7 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 1.3 km. we loved our stay with our 5 adult kids in this vintage villa. it is a cosy villa with an absolutely splendid view and a soul. everything including the furniture is old style, but if you like that, it is no problem. except the lack of aircos, we have only
