Great view from the room, decent cleanliness of the room. Would stay here again for a budget stay

Good hotel in excellent location only spoilt by very noisy air con kept coming on every 10 minutes and no way to turn it off.

Room facilities good. Breakfast facilities totally inadequate when the hotel is busy. Staff overworked trying to deliver breakfast with failing equipment in a tight space.

Initial room (316) was OK, but no TV remote. Asked at reception, took 20 mins to deliver 2, then TV didn't work, had 2 more staff members try and retune the TV - both telling me that "All the tvs in the hotel untune themselves daily, normally you just hit 3 and they retune"?! Finally we were told that staff were going to move our room, all this time our food we had ordered was on its way, and then arrived as a staff member showed up with an aerial wire instead?! Our food sat and went cold whilst the lead inevitably didn't make any difference, before we were then moved room and could finally sit and eat at gone 10:30 at night. However, the new room (314) was not in a good state, the safety lock on the door was missing, the room didn't look clean at all, dusty skirting boards, hairs on the toilet bowl, dirt in the shower tray. All in all, not a positive stay at all

Location was ok but the shops , including restaurants nearby close early by 6pm. No convenience stalls/supermarkets within walking distance as well. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Warm and comfortable hotel. Good choice of breakfast. Am looking to rebook same time next year.

Everything was lovely apart from the spare bed which was very hard and springy - could do with a mattress topper on for comfort even for kids - otherwise everything was great - thanks

Whilst a nice location scoring low as the breakfast was basic and little cross contamination so avoided some food . Our room was opposite the lift and very noisy affecting our sleep !

Brilliant stay! room was lovely (double bed and sofa bed), breakfast was brilliant, staff were lovely and helpful, great location re ubers. Only slight negative was that hot water from the tap was intermittent but that didnt effect our stay at all.

3 night stay. On arrival I reported that the toilet flush handle was hanging out of the wall. They said they would either get it repaired while we were out or they would move us to another room. Neither happened. When I reported it again, there was no record of it and all I got was an apology. The flush still worked with care but not ideal. On the first morning at breakfast the berry compot was still frozen. The coffee from the Nescafe coffee machine is very poor. We went elsewhere for breakfast the next morning.
