Trolley Square Apartment This rental property was well updated, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Trolley Square and about 10min drive to campus. The property owner was very responsive and ensured everything was clean and ready upon arrival.This place is part of a 6-unit apartment and is one of the first lower units upon entering the main level. It has a spacious open living and dining area, with direct access to the front porch. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics, including a Keurig and spice rack, and the two bedrooms, office area and bathroom are in the back. The beds and pillows were memory foam and very confortable, ensurong a good nights rest. The only downsides were no dishwasher and general noise from the road and upstairs neighbors walking. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay and would absolutely come back again.

Great property! This is in a very convenient location within walking distance to a small grocery store and an easy drive to a couple larger ones. Easy access to the capitol hill area and a straight shot to highways to get out into the mountains. Very close to the airport too. The property was comfortable and communication was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Weekend Getaway This was a great apartment for my wife and i to getaway for a weekend. It is a great Salt Lake location. We did drive past it twice trying to fi f the droveway in the rain was a challenge. But we made it. The apartment was well maintained. The floors squeaked as you might expect in an historic building. Pleasantly surprised with the heat and hot water, which we didnt expect in an historic building. If the weather had cooperated we would have spent more time on the front porch

Great stay Property very clean and cozy. Had a great stay visit for U of U parents weekend. Nice to have parking. Easy to get to the U by car. Great stay!
