Check-in was a breeze, and finding our room was even easier. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making the whole experience enjoyable. The only hiccup was waking up to find that the elevator wasn't working. Luckily, being on the second floor with minimal luggage made it a manageable inconvenience. When I asked the front desk about the elevator, the staff member shared her concerns about its noises and vibrations, showing genuine care for safety. It was a refreshing display of honesty, especially when some hotels might keep it running until the last minute. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was a highlight.
One thing worth noting, though beyond the hotel's control, is the road leading to the hotel. Deep potholes could pose a challenge for sedans. Typically, you can navigate around them, but as the road is shared with a Love's gas station and semis often park on the sides overnight, you might find yourself having to tackle the potholes at times.
