Private: swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 15 km, Turin 60 km, Alba 35 km.
