The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. 6. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
