Немного устаревший интерьер, но хороший уровень обслуживания.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views of the city. Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier. The sky garden is a great place to relax as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont hotel, it was beautifully decorated and festive for the holidays.

Super dissappointing stay! Firstly parking cost $88 plus tax (literally $100) a night !! No other hotel I've stayed at charge this much for parking! Secondly location is very uphill - it's too difficult to walk anywhere! And then the room is big but 1/3 of the room consists of the closet and there weren't enough seats to sit all four of us. The hotel is also very old- the charging sockets don't work, the sheets are smelly, the toilet won't flush properly. You literally have to pay for everything including wifi and the gym. The carpet was so dirty: we asked for slippers but they were of such low quality compared to like 3 star hotels. Hotel charges so much for such a dissappointing stay-$500 a night.

會議所在酒店，但是代理跟酒店之間出了bug，有一個房間無法入住，溝通了很久，前台服務態度不太好，後台電話也打不通。幸好跟攜程很好地協商解決了。 房間比較小，設定也比較老，畢竟是百年酒店～洗護都是了le labo的，但是不錯。 早餐廳不是自助餐，介紹標註有誤。點餐上菜十分慢，可能是鬆弛感吧。 酒店的位置呢，但是挺好。就在鐺鐺車路線附近，過一兩個街口就是盜夢空間機位。

地點真的很優秀 入住房型可以看到Golden Gate Bridge 房間乾淨 大堂的味道很好聞 服務人員親切有禮😊😊

就是能繞過繞過，體驗感到現在都是驚魂未定

國內的快捷酒店都比這個強…辣雞中的戰鬥機

從當年的羅斯福，到現在的拜登，來舊金山都下榻這個酒店。酒店很古老，也很大。一樓的聖誕裝飾，讓遊客絡繹不絕。 酒店的服務非常好，專業，有時候中文也通用，不愧是服務過總統的，不過酒店設施就一般了，就算是上百平米的套房，也逃不過幾平米的小衞生間。淋浴需要站在浴缸裏，洗手枱很小，不小心的話，牙刷牙膏會掉進馬桶。 網絡非常好，這點可以。 坐落在全舊金山最高點，視野很棒，房間直接瞭望**島。沿着山坡走下去，2條街後就是唐人街和聯合廣場，回來需要爬坡，有點辛苦。

喜歡歷史感的酒店的客人會很喜歡這家酒店的：很富故事性，保養得敢很好，一百年前的富麗堂皇到現在仍感覺到。 可惜人員水平低下，房間有問題時，從不想解決方案，只會打電話過來，冷冰冰的說：「Just to let you know that you cannot get the refund anyway」。

酒店確實老牌，周圍也都是各種酒店，位置很不錯，大堂富麗堂皇，電梯也是很有韻味，客房樓層的佈局真的有一種年代感，房間更有年代感。不過當時是看中了Le Labo的洗護所以來的，第一次見到這種大瓶的。

很有歷史感的酒店，設施稍感陳舊，但是還是保留了美式豪華酒店的特點，衞生不用説，床品配套很棒，晚上睡得很舒服。總之，值得推薦
